I have twice attempted to unlock cars early. Forza 6 says it can’t do it, but bills me anyway.

I have successfully obtained a refund from Microsoft XBox (see below), but would like to be able to unlock cars, drifting, etc.

Please sign in to http://account.microsoft.com to review your transaction history to confirm that the refund has processed through our system, which may take up to 72 hours.
It make take up to 3-5 business days to reflect back into your account due to bank processing or up to 30 days if you are viewing transactions on a paper statement. Please reply to this e-mail to let us know whether or not you see the refund in your transaction history at http://account.microsoft.com.
