No Sound on Xbox one

Hi, been playing Forza horizon 4 for 3 days and I unlocked a Porsche and all of a sudden the sound went crackly then total loss of sound. This occurs when driving around then in races. Very frustrating.

Anybody know a fix, I’ve hard reset Xbox also uninstalled game and re installed

No help? This is happening to me now all of a sudden. Sound used to work fine. Now nothing. I know it’s the game itself as the Xbox menu/home screen makes sound like normal.
