I only have 3 radio stations.

I have seen and heard in multiple places that there are 7 radio stations, including all 3 Horizon ones, and 4 extra, one being Hospital Records Radio. However, I only have the 3 Horizon ones, Pulse, XS and Bass Arena? Is this because the extra ones are only on Xbox One? I am using the 360 version.

Not sure about the 360 version, but they unlock as you progress through the game.

No the 360 version only has 3.

Not sure about the 360, but you have to unlock the stations on xb1 as you complete the road trips

I’ve completed several trips on 360 with no unlocks. All info points to no.
