I paid for the cars, and they do not show up in my garage. any guidance?

DLC cars aren’t gifted to your garage, they’re added to the Buy Cars and Autoshow roster where you can go buy them for free (once per model, requiring credits just like the rest of the cars for each future purchase of that car)

Go to autoshow and buy them fo 0 CR.
