I think I got them right away. I think they were gifted like the cars were when you first buy the game depending on what tier you were in the rewards program (I could be wrong but that's what I remember)

Just looked it up. They are tier loyalty rewards given when you first buy the game.

Now that they announced the support for the game will end in august, will there be a chance to get the last locked driver gear items?

Ha, I came looking for this for that same answer. Its really annoying and the only reason I still boot the game up every week to check.

Here is the list of suits that I do not have:

Forza Motorpsort (Impossible to have now)
Forza Motorpsort 2 (Impossible to have now)
Forza RC ???
M. ROSSI ???

Ugly Sweater Party (In the shop ?)
Safe And Sane (In the shop ?)

Yea, so I guess people still don't have M.Rossi, Ugly Sweater and Safe and Sane. Only 3 I need. Never seen in the shop despite leaving the shop refreshing for hours a day.

Pretty sure those 3 are not in the shop, I checked it regulary for like 5 months.
Same for Forza RC, Forza RC Seattle, Forza RC WC, Hyundai 2019, Year Of The Dog.

Yeah M. Rossi Suit is Schrödinger's Cat. It exists , but doesn't exist. If you are not looking in the Race Shop M. Rossi Suit is there, the second you open Race Shop it disappears.
Just joking, but yeah I don't understand why a Suit featured in the game trailer pre launch, still cannot be obtained after game support is no more almost 2 years later.

Does anyone know how to get the 1960's, 1970's, 1980's, 1990's Hot-Wheels outfits in 2019?

Not from what I've seen. A friend told me they were Forzathon exclusives from last year and only appeared once or something, so it seems like I'm out of luck.

Will the Hot Wheels and the Forza RC racing suits ever be obtainable again?

I don't think you can get those, I am missing the same ones as well as other people. I checked a ton of times too although I should have checked on Christmas, the sweater may have been available for a short time.

I don’t expect anything else from Turn 10 when it comes to this game. All previous Forza titles received one year of support from Turn 10, except for this game, FM 7 received two years of updates and fixes. Now, I look forward to FM 8.

Since I started my forza journey with Horizon 4, it's understandable I miss all the tier rewards.... The last 3 apparently lot of people missing too....

1) How about the Hyundai2019? Anyone got it in shop?
2) Anyone seen Forza RC or Hot Wheels in the shop?

Why I ask is, if there is no chance I may stop looking the shop all together! It will save the time and frustration....
