In horizon 3, only thing I didn't like was the drift zones, but I'm alright with the speed cameras but in horizon 4 they don't need drift zones, they need to be in places like UK, Chile, the first 13 states of America, British Colombia, or French Guiana but anyway that's my thoughts have a nice day!

Dear Forza Team!

I know it's really early but I seriously need to say this! For Forza Horizon 4 I was hoping it could take place in the big state of California! It would be amazing with all the big cities, highways, sceneries, and off-roading! I would recommend putting in cities including: Los Angeles, Newport Beach, San Diego, San Francisco, Big Bear, Redwoods, and some smaller cities like in Orange County or Los Angeles County like, Irvine or Santa Clarita! Cars could be the same you have now! I myself would like you to add everyday cars like a Honda Civic or Toyota Camry so we can add upgrades on them to make them better! Wouldn't it be amazing if you put a V8 engine in a CIVIC?! But please keep the Porsches Ferrari's Lambos and stuff! I really hope you take a look and consider this! I really hope the leak about it being in California is true! Thank you!!!!

after visiting many many many online lobbies and seeing the same thing in almost all of them ... i recommend FH4 being just an airfield ..... may as well ask the top gear boys if you can use theirs , no point having the rest of the map most of the time as its empty , almost all the kids are going up an down the runway thinking they are fast when they are in auto with tcs and abs etc all still turned on .... the 'grown ups' who want to race, all pretty much have their little groups of friends they play with, and so usually end up like me , lobby hopping, hoping to find someone driving AWAY from the runway.

may as well save a lot of bills developing FH4 and use existing content to give these 'fools' their drag strip game and the real racers amongst us will just have to stick to playing FM7 ...

I would love to have Forza Horizon 4 be set in California. Australia looks like California so I will put my money that it will be set in Japan. You could have cool twisty mountain roads, cherry blossom trees and of course a mini version of Tokyo. I would love to have a real Drag Strip to drive your cars to to race others online and offline.

My personal thoughts on fh4 would be great if it was based in Ireland, it has plenty of room for street racing, cities like dublin and loads of backroads for rallys/offroading. Theres a big car culture there with all sorts of styles. Although Asia would be good Ireland would be a change.

I hope it isn't in Japan because it's just so overplayed in videogames.

Now something based in Macau and the islands off the coast of Zhuhai, China would be different. Bright lights, cities, exotic cars and open road bridges between the islands..

Im hoping they include the grand canyon or niagra falls..but anywhere with some exciting animated goings on..like the train in H3!
Whatever they do..the Horizon games always offer more new content than Turn 10s Motorsport.. We only get ONE NEW TRACK every two years there!!

Japan would be good. Has a great mix of twisting mountain roads, high rising cities, rural landscapes and the car culture there is great.

I would also recommend Ibiza. There are also some great (but slightly dangerous) twisty roads there, it's a great festival (party) location and realistically PG should be able to capture the whole island being that it's around 45 mins from north to south and 25 minutes from west to east. FH4 needs a bigger map but PG haven't really created a "full" open world. IBZ is a good opportunity to do that.

I don't think it can be Ibiza as that was the location for Test Drive Unlimited 2 and if you get another open world, driving game with character customization.....yeah. Which also means Oahu is out.

But, I'm thinking Japan. Because....they've done North America, Europe and Australia. So, I would suspect they're going to either Japan, Brazil or somewhere in Africa. Although, they could surprise us and hit Antartica, but, I don't see it. It'd be fun and unusual..but....maybe as an expansion...for like South America....but yeah. My bet is either Glorious Nihon or Brazil.

Whoa, I didn't expect my post to be unexpectedly moved to this thread, oh well. Anyway, I would really like to see Horizon 4's new location to be in Disney's Zootopia. Let me explain.
It be really incredible to race and explore in a location that is inhabited by anthromorphic talking animals with 6 unique environments along with a Bunnyburrow expansion. I have a lot of ambitious but great ideas with this new location.

Police Missions: All new for Forza Horizon 4 or Forza Horizon 4: Zootopia Police Academy. These new events will take your driving & law enforcement skills to the test with exciting police chases, training courses, emergency responses and hilariously, parking duty challenges. You'll not only be the boss of the Horizon Festival, but you'll be the Zootopia Police Department's finest and fearless police officer with your favorite characters on your side. New officer ranks are here, with every case you crack and police pursuit you fought, you will be rewarded with new officer ranks from New Recruit to Chief of Police, while being awarded with Credits and XP for both of your police and racing career.

All New Police And Returning Cars: This will be the biggest lineup of cars in FH's history, with over 700+ new and returning cars from past Forza titles. The new police cars are specially designed to handle all of the driving conditions of Zootopia's unique ecosystems, with each and every one of them being equipped with the latest in police technology. New police cruisers will be using a new computer system with 5 new power-ups and the ability to look at criminal files, incoming reports, and recognizing license plate numbers. They'll also have new driving modes that adapt to the various terrains that Zootopia has in store. There will be more new cars than ever before, as well as returning ones from FM1 to FM4 with updated new body and widebody kits to give them a stunning new shape. Barn Finds are upped to now 12 that are hidden all over the city, with many being the most rarest and sought out cars in the world.

Anyone Can Be Anything!: An all new Character Creator which you can be any kind of mammal you can be, with a whole wide selection of over 5,000 species of mammals to chose from. To the smallest rodent to the biggest rhino! You can adjust your character's size, and height, change various fur colors, and personalize them with stylish and trendy outfits that'll give you and your cars a colorful personality.

Friends Are There To Help You: All of your favorite characters from Disney's Zootopia are back to join the high-revving fun of the Horizon Festival with them being your pals fur-ever than ever! Officer Judy Hopps will help you get your police training in shape by guiding and helping you on stopping criminals, writing parking tickets, and protecting all of Zootopia. Along with her cunning and Joe Cool partner/best friend, Nick Wilde, who will take you under his wing by giving you hints on where the next barn find is and restoring them for you, secretly telling you the whereabouts of Street Races, advising you with clever police strategies, and go for a wild ride with you in the Showcase events. All of the other characters in Zootopia will assist you as well by the names of, Ben Clawhauser, Chief Bogo, Mr. Big, Finnick, Flash, and Mayor Lionheart.

All other new and returning features including new paint styles for your car, new rims, new tire styles, unlimited storage for paint designs, photos, & tune setups, discount boards, Midnight Battles, Forzathon,16 player online lobbies with new Cops & Robbers game modes, new option in photo mode of adding the character posing next to their ride, Wheelspins with now 3 slots, player sending gift cars to their friends, and 2 new DLC car packs each month.

You listening Turn 10, Playground Games, Microsoft Studios, and Disney? This would be an awesome new game-changing turn for the Forza franchise, becoming the best installment in the whole series.

Wait what? This would never go through, For one thing Disney is incredibly protective of their franchises and i highly doubt they would allow the licensing. Also, Zootopia was NOT about cars, any dlc or expansion forza comes out with will be focused entirely on cars, for example the hot wheels expansion. People in forza want to race real world cars in real world locations, not to play a childrens game. I hate to shoot down people, but your idea is incredibly biased on being "The best installment" I feel like you have a very high opinion on the movie, but being real, if it did go through it would not be as popular as you want it to be if it was in the forza series. What you have here is an idea for some totally separate game that you could probably go to disney with, maybe you could get a royalty if the game gets made, but this idea is just not for the Forza fans

I was thinking Japan or Germany in an area close to the autobahn. There are a lot of great locations in the United States too. Chicago stretching up into Wisconsin area. Michigan, and even Parts of New York.

Hi there, guys! My first participation here. Just signed up. Google brought me here and, well, I need to say.

Rio de Janeiro (Brazil in general) would be ABSOLUTELY AWESOME AND FANTASTIC. Although it would be similar to Australia due to the huge litoral, beaches and sunny weather, I'm sure Brazil scenery would offer an incredible and beautiful experience!

By the way, this would bring so much nice memories from Driver 2, where Rio was the forth and last city.

But I'm really afraid Australia location could avoid a Rio/Brazil appearance in the next game mainly because they can be a bit similar.

I'm surprised no one mentioned Middle East yet. The UAE is already a hot hub for exotic cars.

The story won't be difficult to come up with either. Some billionaire Arabs have setup a small island off the coast of Dubai/UAE and are having the horizon festival on it. And considering Arabs like to do everything with an extraordinary touch, you can let your imagination go wild in constructing the track and locations.

Japan isn't a bad option either but I think it's been done by movies and other games too. Maybe some other East Asian country could work.

I was thinking that Russia would be a good location. If it took place around the area of Moscow it would have a big city and to the east of Moscow there's a countryside that would be good for offroading. Plus it'd be interesting to see some cars manufactured in Russia in the game.

I was thinking the Moscow area because it'd have a large city for some asphalt racing and to the East of Moscow there is a large countryside that'd be great for offroading. It'd also be kinda cool to see some Russian cars in the game.

I would love to see Japan just as much as the next person. Tokyo would be probably one of the best locations because of the large city and the mountain forests.

Tell me which of these places that you really want FH4 to take place in? Make sure to vote on which new location that the next Horizon Festival should be in.

I'm gonna pretend you didn't actually just say Zootopia
