Long message. I was bored last night and did a little documenting. I had 152 spins saved. I won $7,375,990 in credit (with VIP) and then spent about $9.5M on more spins so I'm guessing around another 150 spins. Walked away with 3 of the new HE cars and a few old ones. Also listed all the cars I won and the HE cars that appeared in spins and how many times they showed up.

I just saw the C7 Corvette HE in a spin too. That makes 11.

All this is still in (in addition to the 6 new HE cars) :

I've seen the Impreza on spins just a few minutes ago.
Maybe they haven't removed all cars from last spins. I'll wait a few more days so more people confirm what is gone and what isn't, then I'll update the OP with the new info.

I can definitively confirm that none of the most recent 11 HE cars were removed from wheelspins, they just added 6 new ones for a total of 17 currently in wheelspins.

Here's my totals. I just used the spins I had saved (103). In all I won 21 cars, of which 2 were HE, 1 was a new one, and 2.26 million credits (no VIP). What a waste VIP was for this game! The car drop rate was 21 of 103 for about 20% car spins. All in all it wasn't bad. I saw a bunch of the new cars in the spins as potential prizes but most of them had drift skills so it didn't hurt my feelings to not win them. The skills/XP cars were not put back in the spins.

Here's the cars:
Ford GT HE - Already had one, kept the duplicate
Ford Escort Cosworth HE

Jeep Wilys
Mercedes C63 AMG Black
Mercedes E63 AMG Black
Toyota Celica GT Four
HSV LE Gen F Maloo
Aston Martin V8 Vantage V600
Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X GSR
Aston Martin V12 Zagata
Pontiac GTO Judge
Alfa Romeo 4C
Oldsmobile Olds 442
Lamborghini Countach LPS5000 QV
Acura Integra Type-R
Ford F-100
Ford Bronco
Ford Escort RS1800
Subaru Brat GL
Nissan Skyline 2000 GT-R
Ford De Luxe Coupe

I took this advice and got the Torano HE for 1.5m off the auction house although I saw the Torano going for 900k a few times. Also got the hellcat for 1.3m. The Escort cosworth and Supra were going for silly money though 4 or 5m.

I have got the Cossie, Polaris and Ute for a total of around 7m.

Supra wont be cheap.

Hopefully i can jag a new HE while earning the credits to finish the collection.

As I said on a different page, I had Credits to burn so went mad and got the set of six this morning UK time off the Auction House.
I had banked Credits for a while, racing my 6 Lapper on Goliath, as opposed to banking Wheel Spins and just used the Buy It Now option. Simples as they say in the UK.
Glad I did BUT, and I say BUT, you have to have a lot of Credits to do it may I add.
Can't wait 'til the last set come on line in the Auction House!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Out of all my spins I won the Cosworth HE and the Viper HE plus a bunch of regular cars I didn't care about. I also won about 4 million in credits. I wound up buying the Hellcat and Supra and spent a total of 5 million buying the two of them.

Definitely feels like a slower drop rate than last year, but I think that's reasonable to stop there being a glut of the cars too quickly. I'll try for the other two tomorrow with my remaining 5 million!

My final score - it took 578 spins to get all six new HE cars. It took all of my 14 million credits, plus one 5-lap Goliath and 1.5m worth of duplicates in the auction house to get the job done. In the 578 spins, I won 125 cars in total, of which 13 were Horizon Editions. Cash value of prizes (cash and selling back duplicate cars) was just over 20.5m.

It's definitely a better strategy to get the new HE cars off the auction house. Spending the credits on wheelspins is a complete waste of time now. There's way too many low value prizes that come up and this is just way too frustrating for me. A nice 6 lap grind of Goliath in the Ford GT HE only takes just over 1hr to gain around 1m plus credits so I'll be doing that this weekend for a while.

Yup, pretty much. Played the game a lot for the first couple of months, hunted the auction house a lot to get cars cheap, collected my Rewards credits most weeks... it all adds up.

I am running dlc cars on 1 lap Goliath runs and then using XP or CR boost HE cars around Goliath or other tracks using the perks that boost xp and cr.

This is what I do, but I have the time to run 6 Lappers. DO NOT USE REWIND after Lap 5!
I started using a Credits Boost car (Lambo Countach HE) first then changed to an Experience Boost car (Jag HE) and all the Skills Perks that apply ( so you also need a lot of Skill Points as well). In both cases you can get between 650K and a million Credits with ease depending on the settings.

Better yet don't use rewind at all. It's worth like another 10% credits which adds up on long races like this.

Do you get significantly more XP or Credits if you do 1 race with 3 laps vs doing 3 separate 1 lap races? I've never farmed credit, I've done some XP farming doing the blueprint highway runs that worked out great but I want to build up some credits now.

EDIT: I also have a few credit and XP HE cars and have all the perks unlocked and have around 100 skill points right now so should be able to do some racing with a few perks and HE cars. Also just typing this out I guess one bonus to doing 1 race with multiple laps is you won't use up your skill points as fast.

You should get enough SP on a 6 lap Goliath race to break even or even gain... If not an occasional top up using the DJS custom bucketlist method will keep you going...

Never thought of that point. I was more worried over the race failing to function correctly.
Have to remember to turn rewind off and then use the Pause Menu to Reset the car when a tree or rock jumps out at me!

How refreshing to get new HE's.

I have 12 mil but blowing them on spins feels funny. Too bad it also takes me 40k xp to level up. Then again l have all necessary cars for me from the black friday sale. Ramble ramble
