[Mod Edit - this isn't the thread for listing cars you want in the game. Use the Wishlist thread pinned at the top of the forum - MM]

Does anyone know how often the Top 200 most requested cars list for Horizon 3 gets updated?

We will miss them.

I've been struggling to squeeze the time in but I'll be tabulating and posting the requested cars from launch to January 1 (posts 700~1900) this month.

What I find ironic is the complete lack of off road cars requested but the game seems so focused on pushing more off road elements down our throats #sigh

If you don't mind, I took the liberty of filling out a "new" top 20 as of 2/7/17 (or 7/2/17 if you prefer). I removed cars that were added in either in the base game or via DLC.

35 McLaren 675LT 2015-2017
31 Bugatti Chiron 2016-2017
29 Mercedes G63 6x6 2013-2015
26 Lamborghini Sesto Elemento 2011
24 Porsche Cayman GTS/GT4 (981C) 2014-2017
23 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio 2015-2017
23 BMW M5 (E60) 2005-2010
23 Fiat 124 Spider 2017
18 Porsche 911 (991) 2014-2017
17 Chevrolet Silverado 2014-2017
16 Mazda RX-7 (FD) Spirit R Type A 2002
16 Plymouth Road Runner 1968-1970
16 Toyota Chaser (X100,Tourer V) 1996-2001
15 DMC DeLorean DMC-12 1982
15 Ford F-150 SVT Lightning 1993/2004
15 Honda Civic coupe/Si/Type-R 1992-1995
15 Mercedes S-Class (W222) 2014-2016
15 Shelby GT500 Fastback (Eleanor) 1967
14 Apollo Arrow 2017-2017
14 De Tomaso Pantera 1971-1985

I did erase quite a few from the original list before I got to 20.

I thought I'd do a follow-up.

The initial top 20 was:
42 BMW i8 2014-2017
38 Nissan GT-R (NISMO) 2015-2017
35 McLaren 675LT 2015-2017
31 Bugatti Chiron 2016-2017
29 Mercedes G63 6x6 2013-2015
28 Aston Martin Vulcan 2015-2017
27 Acura NSX 2016-2017
26 Lamborghini Sesto Elemento 2011
25 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1/SS 2012-2017
25 Dodge Viper ACR 2016-2017
24 Nissan Skyline R33 1997-1998
24 Porsche Cayman GTS/GT4 (981C) 2014-2017
23 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio 2015-2017
23 BMW M5 (E60) 2005-2010
23 Fiat 124 Spider 2017
23 Nissan S14 (240SX) Zenki 1995-1996
22 Honda Civic coupe/Si/Type-R 2015-2017
22 Mazda RX-7 (FC) Savanna 1989-1991
22 Pagani Huayra BC 2016-2017
20 McLaren 570S 2015-2017

Removing cars confirmed to be in at launch and/or as Forzathon prizes, we got to:

42 BMW i8 2014-2017
35 McLaren 675LT 2015-2017
31 Bugatti Chiron 2016-2017
29 Mercedes G63 6x6 2013-2015
28 Aston Martin Vulcan 2015-2017
27 Acura NSX 2016-2017
26 Lamborghini Sesto Elemento 2011
25 Dodge Viper ACR 2016-2017
24 Porsche Cayman GTS/GT4 (981C) 2014-2017
23 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio 2015-2017
23 BMW M5 (E60) 2005-2010
23 Fiat 124 Spider 2017
22 Honda Civic coupe/Si/Type-R 2015-2017
22 Mazda RX-7 (FC) Savanna 1989-1991
22 Pagani Huayra BC 2016-2017
19 Ford Crown Victoria/police 1998-2012
18 BMW M2 (F22) 2013-2017
18 Porsche 911 (991) 2014-2017
17 Aston Martin DB11 2016
17 Chevrolet Silverado 2014-2017

The cars from the initial top 20 that were removed were: 2015+ Nissan GTR, 2012+ Chevy Camaro, Nissan Skyline R33, Nissan Silvia S14 (only counted Zenki), and the McLaren 570S. While it didn't make the top 20 at first, I did have to remove the 2016 Cadillac CTS-V as well to get the top 20 before DLC.

Which means that 25% (5/20) of the most requested cars in the wish list were added in at launch, along with the CTS-V (see above).

Now removing DLC cars, we're at:

35 McLaren 675LT 2015-2017
31 Bugatti Chiron 2016-2017
29 Mercedes G63 6x6 2013-2015
26 Lamborghini Sesto Elemento 2011
24 Porsche Cayman GTS/GT4 (981C) 2014-2017
23 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio 2015-2017
23 BMW M5 (E60) 2005-2010
23 Fiat 124 Spider 2017
18 Porsche 911 (991) 2014-2017
17 Chevrolet Silverado 2014-2017
16 Mazda RX-7 (FD) Spirit R Type A 2002
16 Plymouth Road Runner 1968-1970
16 Toyota Chaser (X100,Tourer V) 1996-2001
15 DMC DeLorean DMC-12 1982
15 Ford F-150 SVT Lightning 1993/2004
15 Honda Civic coupe/Si/Type-R 1992-1995
15 Mercedes S-Class (W222) 2014-2016
15 Shelby GT500 Fastback (Eleanor) 1967
14 Apollo Arrow 2017-2017
14 De Tomaso Pantera 1971-1985

Removed cars were the: BMW i8, Aston Martin Vulcan, 2016 Acura NSX, 2016 Dodge Viper ACR, 2015 Honda Civic Type-R, Mazda RX-7 FC, Pagani Huayra BC, Ford Crown Victoria, BMW M2, and the Aston Martin DB11. In order to completely finish the current top 20, however, I also had to remove the Koenigsegg Regera, Bentley Bentayga, and the MK3 Toyota Supra DLC cars, as well as the confirmed to be at launch cars Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat, Honda EK Civic, 2017 Ford Focus RS, 2011 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG, 1970 Plymouth Hemi Cuda, and the 1957 Chevy Bel Air.

Which means that 50% - yes, half, 10/20 - of the most requested cars in the game after launch came as DLC. I did also have to remove nine additional cars to get to a new top 20.

Doing some simple math, with five monthly packs so far at 7 cars each (35 total) and the VIP pack with 5 cars, 13 out of 40 DLC cars would be considered part of the most requested cars in the game. With these 13 cars divided amongst 6 packs, each pack had approximately 2 highly requested cars in it.

Given that we did get:
VIP - Koenigsegg Regera
October - AM Vulcan, BMW M2, Ford Crown Vic, Pagani Huayra BC (4 out of 7!)
November - Acura NSX, Dodge Viper ACR, Mazda FC RX-7
December - MK3 Toyota Supra
January - BMW i8, Bentley Bentayga
February - Honda Civic Type-R, AM DB11

That is roughly 2 per pack. I'm not counting Blizzard Mountain or the Motorsport All-Stars Car Pack, however I am counting VIP as said.

Not too bad T10. Not too bad.

This is all subject to change of course as we've still at least one monthly DLC pack and an expansion to go. Putting it in perspective, if a certain brand from Stuttgart were to be the second expansion, you'd have to remove two more cars from the top 20 list; taking their place would be the '02-'08 Dodge Ram and the 2017 Ferrari GTC4 Lusso. Removing two cars from that list (any two, doesn't matter) going with the 2 cars per pack theme, you'd be adding in the Mitsubishi Starion and the Chevy B-Body Impala SS to that list, having to remove the Mercedes-Benz CLK GTR, Nissan R32 Skyline, and BMW E46 M3 from the launch cars and the Porsche 918 from the expansion to get there. Also subject to change because while the list I've made is up-to-date, my source material (ManteoMax's initial list) hasn't been updated with new tallies in a while.

Delorean is kinda looking good on that list. I did not expect the Delorean to go that up high on the list though. That's great! Hope it gets in the game. Oh and I forgot about Eleanor. That's gotta come!

For real though, where is the 675lt? I think that car deserves to be in a game like this.

It's really nothing different from the McLarens we already have.

ManteoMax any chance of updating the most requested list to include March and April's car packs and the upcoming Hotwheels expansion?

Post #3 updated with recent additions: BMW 507, Camaro ZL1, Volvo 242, Lambo Sesto Elemento, Porsche 911 GT3 RS '16, Cayman GT4, and 918, Zonda R, Valiant Charger, and Zenvo. The Porsche 918 was on the edge of the top 50 requests at the time of launch, and more than half of them have been checked off.

I still want to compile requests since launch, I just have to find the time...

It's a much more hardcore version of the 650s, which sounds better and performs better. But for me it's the looks, it just looks sooooooo much better than the other ones that are in the game. I wish they would have left out the 650 and had the 675lt instead. Seems like a much better gap filler between the 570 and the p1.
