Yep. Same here on my 4770k. Seems this game is destined to stay this way and no longer be updated. We can only hope that Forza 7 on PC uses the DX12 Threaded Optimizations added to Horizon 3 recently. If not, I won't be buying it.

hi I have a a i5 7500 oc 100 mhz and 16gb 2133 mhz and a r7 265 oc 1150 cor 1500 memory and ssd was doing hickups pegs 2 cores and after I set priority to high it stoped.
