So as far as I am aware I haven't seen this posted anywhere yet, so I figured I would create a new thread to help people out.
As I run a magazine called Forza Nation it is quite important for me to be able to take images without any watermark. Ever since it was reincluded I've been trying to find a way to remove it. Luckily I have found two options.
Please note, both require a little extra time so I'm sure more people probably wouldn't want to bother, but here are the methods for anyone that's interested.
Photoshop MethodSo this is quite simple. All you have to do is:
1. Take two of the exact same image, moving the watermark to a different corner in each.
2. Upload these as usual and download them to your desktop.
3. Load up the images up in Photoshop (or your photo editing software of choice) and place one on top of the other.
4. Simple erase the watermark on the top image to reveal the corner with no watermark below.
5. Save and share!
Non Photoshop MethodDon't have any editing software? No problem! Here's what you need to do:
1. Take a photo as usual, but just before you save back out to photomode.
2. Don't move the camera as you may need to 'rerender' the image.
3. Hide the UI.
4. Use the Xbox Screenshot function.
5. Head over to Upload Studio.
6. Share your image!
I usually share to OneDrive and download. From the experiments I have done I believe the Non Photoshop Method takes slightly better quality images. Both appear to be the same resolution.
If anyone knows of any other tips feel free to share.
Here is an example of the Non Photoshop Method:
