Do you set your settings up with colour, and then remove it just before taking the pic or do you remove the colour right away? I'm not that happy with most of my b&w shots so I'm curious to know if there is a particular way that you take your photos.

Thanks! Usual if I plan on doing a black and white set, I'll hop in photomode, take my normal colour settings and remove all the colour, then bump up contrast 10-20 clicks. Generally, yes I remove colour right away,
With B&W, generally you have to make them darker to compensate for the photo being washed out.
