FH4 Windows 21H2 Insider Issue

One boot personality is the Windows Insider build, the other is 2004 retail. The game will not run when booted to Windows Insider, but will run when booted to retail Windows. This could be a harbinger of big problems when the Windows Insider code gets integrated into a retail Windows distribution. I hope they are planning ahead for this.
