Can we suggest ideas to you to put in the game like new cars and stuff like that in the next update?

Yes, see the Wish List threads pinned at the top of the forum. But you should probably consider these indefinite term ideas and not necessarily something that will appear in the game as soon as the next update, due to development time and other considerations.
