So I haven’t played forza 7 in a few months, and I was playing ABCS online the other day racing a an old 911 in the C class and it was bouncing all over the place because the front end kept lifting off the ground. I thought it was weird, but probably a bad tune, since it was an older car. Today, I was racing a S class 458 around the Nurburgring and the front end kept popping up. Is this a glitch or is this new or is it just something I haven’t noticed until now?

This is mostly a rear-heavy car thing, but for whatever reason it's really pronounced in FM7. Too much power, too much grip, and too much suspension travel can all cause it. You can usually get it to calm down (but never completely go away) by stiffening up the rear of the car a bit and adjusting the front/rear downforce balance. You need to find a balance between "enough grip to get around corners" and "not so much grip that the car does a wheelie".
