What is the car in the speed trap thumbnail for this spring seasonal - I've never seen it before and can't make it out from the logo?

That'll be an interesting Trial.

And how exactly are we supposed to lower the 166MM into D class? Best I can do is lower the PI by 1, which is still closer to B than D. I’m sure I’m missing something that can lower it a tiny bit more, but another 52 PI? Has anyone at PG ever actually played this game outside livestreams?

The Porsche 550 is an east D500 car and pretty dominate too.

Use the Sprite to get most of the Forzathon done too.

The Supra made quick work of the danger sign and M64 speed trap. The 270mph took a few attempts to avoid traffic. The trial was messy as expected with the street races. I was disconnected once.

Trial is pretty good - second one in a row I’ve enjoyed. Used RB033’s Countach. Very nice to drive. Feels like one I’ll try a few times, as I don’t know which cars are best.

The Trial is fun, using Lotus Esprint btw, but as usual in Street Scene we have the idiots that like to bash everyone from side to side.

Generally if i'm up front and can get past the majority of my team mates then its a breeze but if not i'm fighting against all odds after getting pushed into walls and fences.

Shared tune but might tweek it a bit especially in acceleration (from standing start) where it lacks, overall speed is good though.

That new Alfa though, what a beast.

Hotted up a -58 Sprite: 545 424 847

Used these two tunes, they worked wonders, cheers :)

looks to me as alfa 155 is new nova FE snow A800 applied to dry S1.

The 155 is really strong at dry S900.

It has all prerequisites to be a good car:
- AWD stock with an old gearbox where upgrading to Sports gearbox actually decreases PI
- low drag
- good swap engine with the 4.7L V8 from the 8C which has a potent centrifugal supercharger upgrade (it even decreases torgue at low rpm saving PI)

What makes it very good:
- Race+ tire tier. Normally only found on special editions (FE, PO) or homologation cars like F1 GT, Elise GT1. The mechanical grip is extremely high which can be experienced under heavy braking.

But this would all be nothing without the DTM rear diffusor. This thing adds more lateral g than the upgrade from Race to Race+ tires or full front aero while costing less PI than both and not decreasing straight line speed. This has to be one of the most PI-efficient tuning parts in the entire game.

The performance (especially the acceleration) is staggering for an early 90s saloony chassis. All done with only 255 rear tires. If this thing had 345s or above it would be broken.

Yeah, I had an S1 rally tune on it from previous forzathons, but I blew it away without saving it and went with an A class road tune instead. It didn't occur to me until after the fact that I could have combo'd it with all 3 dailys that were up.

Oh, well. Not a big deal.

Cars/tunes/suggestions for this weeks seasonal for those that find such useful. All tunes are my own, unless otherwise noted, all shared by myself (or others). ~ tune name / share code. If you use anything offered here, and you like it/it was useful to you, please don't forget to leave a like.

Online:
**Trial: "Retro Racing Green" | Street Scene | (A800) Retro Supercars
**Car used: 2002 Lotus Esprit V8 (Autoshow 42,000 Cr)
**Tune: 'A800 Road Racing' (332 599 336) by Waznewz,

At first I made a tune for the BMW M1, tried it as best as possible in unbeatable Street Scene (not able to choose anything, but some Retro Supercars did show up), can beat unbeatable without too much issue, try the Trial... beaten, with ease, by the self same Retro Supercars I just wiped the floor with in solo/offline unbeatable Street Scene... annoyed about inconsistency, quit, lets come back later.
Okay, lets do the Trial, part 2, no desire to play with tuning, I collected 'Waznewz's' tune for the Trial. Works as is expected for a tune from Waznewz, does the job, trashes the A.I., and this one, easy to drive, great corner grip, great acceleration, good speed. Teammates.. does Street Scene have something about attack your teammates written somewhere I missing? Worst in sometime for me, still placed on podium twice (2nd/3rd), and 8th due to .. well teammates. Tune is AWD, and has the Forza wing, can not say much else on what it has, as did not investigate.

**Seasonal Playground Games | Bamburgh Castle | (S1 900) | Rally Monsters
**Car used: 1990 Renault 5 Turbo FE (Forza Edition)
**Tune: S1 Games / 127 161 098

So, this car does not like been tuned to S900, at least it is difficult - I did not manage to (S898) although I see S900 tunes if I search, don't know how, as most I could push was S899 ~ anyway not important. Games, car/tune is fast, corners well considering terrain, topend is maybe lower than other choices, but you will never make its topend (let alone a higher topend) in any meaningful way anyhow.
Tune is AWD, has Forza aero, rally tires, not engine swapped.

PR Stunts:
- Thicket Drift Zone, 1945 Willys MB Jeep - 'Drift King' (126 971 944) by Waznewz, not my thing, using Waznewz tune, as mentioned as a good easy one to use, and it is not bad. Considering I had not even three stared this zone, getting the weekly PR stunt requirement too, for makes the tune a good choice. Many runs (about 15 minutes, got close quite a few times), did not keep count, but knew it was possible after the first try.
- M68 Speed Trap, 2017 Koenigsegg Agera RS (Carpass) - no tune/factory tune, one shot, with rewind due to corner mix up.
- Open-Cast Cliff Danger Sign, 2019 Rimac Concept Two - 'PR Stunt Rally' (120 633 544), one shot, no issue, no rewind.

Solo championships - Raced against Expert, Steering: Simulation, ABS: on, Traction/Stability: Off, Gearbox: Auto.

**Championship: "Mini Motors" | Road Racing | (D500) per-selected few, including one you can not use, yay.
**Car used: 1958 Austin-Healey Sprite Mki (Autoshow 20,000 Cr)
**Tune: D500 Road / 121 476 725

This car/tune is slow, slow to leave the line, and slow to accelerate (at first), you have been warned. However, it will win (expert), due to nothing else having a great top speed, and therefore you can and will catch them, also, this Sprite can make at least half the corners in the events at full speed, no slowing. FYI, Ambleside is not an issue, best win of the bunch for me. Yes, used this car/tune to get the weekly 3rd(?) chapter. Tune is RWD (stable, no surprises), Forza rear wing, race tires with supercharger.

**Championship: "Hitting the Gymkhana" | Road Racing | (B700) Classic Muscle
**Car used: 1974 AMC Hornet X Hatchback (DLC James Bond ~ 35,000 Cr)
**Tune: B700 Rally SC / 145 995 425

This car was my favorite car to use when I began playing Forza 4, but having no used it in a while I took it out for a spin for this event. No regrets. Yes, it is a dirt/rally tune, but this will matter little. Overall easy wins, with only 'Lake District Sprint' been tricky, due to A.I. using cars with I presume, higher topend ability than the Hornet. RWD, very stable, no issue on controller (I do not use TC or SC), can not speak for keyboard? FYI, this tune is great for Classic Muscle dirt events. Tune is RWD, rally tires, supercharged, no aero, hood/bonnet with hump.

**Championship: "Hooning It" | Dirt Racing | (S2 998) Hoonigan
**Car used: 1978 Hoonigan Ford Escort RS1800 (Autoshow 300,000 Cr)
**Tune: 'Hooning it' (645 408 042) by Waznewz,

S2 in Hoonigan... yeah not interested. So, what's news Waznewz? S907 tune for the Escort, lets go. Simple easy to drive, no surprises in handling, does the job with ease.

So new week with new challenges.
First lets see the trial with A 800 retro super cars on street scene. I used Lambo Countach and really wasn't happy with it and it showed with 3x 2nd, team was very good 3:0
Did try the car that constantly beat me and if I go again I'll use it for sure - much better all around, so here it is
Ferrari 360 Challenge Stradale, tune shared as Road

Continue with solo championships and I started with fast crazy S2 998 dirt racing with Hoonigans ... actually had fun with my dirt speed zone car. Could also put a bit wider front tires on my S1 900 tune.
Hoonigan Ford RS200, tune - 428 155 751

Moving to a bit slower B 700 road racing with classic muscle cars. Used my Stingray with vintage tires fitted. Will probably also tune Dodge Charger, because my friend actually has IRL and ofc likes to drive it in game too. Tune will be shared as Road
Chevrolet Corvette Stingray 427, tune - 678 498 206

So last and slowest championship D 500 mini motors road racing and there wasn't much to choose from, as only car I had in that was Austin-Healey Sprite MK1.
With that it was also easy to complete weekly Forzathon with some drafting and completing the desired millage driven in those 3 races. Tune uses vintage tires, so loads of grip, but a bit on a slow side.
Austin-Healey Sprite MK1, tune - 402 744 223

Weekly Forzathon mostly out of the way with solo championship, only thing remaining was 6 stars from speed zones ... hello Forrest Green speed zone :). This tune can easily score 3 stars on each pass.

PR stunts as usually done with Koenigsegg Agera RS, tune - 167 849 655 for speed trap and danger sign, drift zone done in Formula Drift Dodge Viper, tune from Tiptronik.
Speed trap needed two rewinds, as I hit some random traffic, other two on first try, no rewinds.

Almost funny how often you end up with useless 'teammates' in the simple trials.

Even with the bug giving us the 2nd race despite losing it by over a thousand the team had no chance, I won all 3 races and 4 people in the 1st race were DNF, 3 in the 2nd and 2 in the last one, 1 of which was someone 5 stars + level 40 odd + in an A800 911.

I know I sound like a grumpy old man but just when I don't think my opinion of this game's general player base can go any lower it finds a way to, the person mentioned above is almost twice my level when I've played plenty of FH4 myself yet scored 200pts in total across all 3 races.

If the trial is to be in the next game then it either needs some sort of skill-based requirement to be fulfilled before players can enter them or have the option of doing it solo vs offline Unbeatable AI.

I am currently trying to get the Bugatti Divo, but I can't do the trial and I don't know how to get it without doing the trial. I was wondering how much does the photo challenge actually count towards progress. because I want to get the Bugatti. Can anyone tell me how much percent the photo challenge counts for.
