I have a car I made in Forza 5. How can I use that car in Forza 7 ? Also can you buy cars in Forza 7 with real money ?

You can import the tune if the same car exists in Forza 7. What car is it? It probably will not work well as things have changed between the games. No you cannot use real money. No tokens in Forza 7.
