Thanks for the pretty Rivals greeny tile on the Summer Series page BUT it still needs a genius to link the Rivals with the Merc to it so that it links and turns GOLD when you complete it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I only do rivals for the playlist completion however, and its usually the only multiplayer I do in the game. So shame its going unused this month.

I cant' complete the Forzathon "Bold and Uncompromising" with the McLaren F1. I win the races but it doesn't count. Won 5 already and it's still 0/2. Anyone knows why?

Maybe You just do sprints? You have to win 2 circuit events with mcF1. Hope i help

Can someone help me with "clear lap post" with AMG hammer coupe? I've already beaten 6 or more rivals, did all times clear laps and didn't get gold for challenge. What would I do wrong? Any idea?

Its bugged so the Devs need to fix it as its not completing for loads of us, theres a seperate thread on here about it.

Is it just me or does today's Forzathon event not work? I have performed multiple "Lucky Escape" skills and they are not registering.

Yeah, my TV is HDMI 2.1, everything is working fine, except for the sound from the new Singer in FH4.

My TV has the full 48GB bandwidth HDMI 2.1, where as the Series X can only use 40GB.

Today's daily Forzathon challenge is "Combine Drift and Pass Skills to earn 3 Showoff Skills". I can't see any mention of Lucky Escape skills.

An easy way to get Showoff Skills is to load in the following blueprint from the creative menu in the main in-car menus.

I used a Series 3 for the trial with some tune I'd downloaded for a previous Land Rover A800 CC event, top speed is only just under 140mph but the acceleration meant I got in front early in the first 2 races and won easily, my experience this week is pretty much a mirror of someone who's already posted in the thread though, team was ok the first 2 races then went crazy in the 3rd, some plank pushed me into a house in Ambleside and I couldn't make up any worthwhile ground in time, team got absolutely annihilated which thankfully didn't matter with us 2-0 up.

As for the bugs? I've got to the point where I just can't be bothered going on about them and instead now use a simple phrase that says it all.

It's FH4.

I feel bad for people who are having audio problems with the Singer. That thing sounds awesome. Right up there with the R8 and LFA.

Weird. As i realized, it doesnt matter how much acceleration you got in the trial, unless you have real speed you cant beat the first AIs. Even if you are first, the AI is quickly going to overcome you.

I used the tune posted here a few posts back, and i dont know how you guys do it, but the problem is always the speed. I just cant catch the AIs. I always end up 3rd at most. Its hard enough to keep your car on the surface without spinning awol, that you also need to drive at hyperspeed. Sufice to say i tried the TRIAL four times already with no success. My team of course didnt help either, the most i reached in ANY race was a teammate 2nd and me 3rd, all the time..

I think this is going to be the first week i dont get to complete it lmao. I hope one days the devs realize a videogame is about fun, and not about stress.

The Trial - So, you know when you are invited to a party...and you think it's casual...but when you get there, everyone else is dressed up? lol



My first run was disastrous. My tune wasn't the best, my connection went wonky with that whole slow down/speed up thing, and it was very combative. The end of the last race was a four-car collision that took half of us out of our places so we lost. I went back, did an engine swap, retuned, adjusted this and that and went back out. Much better. Still never placed better than 2nd in the second race, but otherwise pretty good. Good acceleration in the beginning, pretty decent handling without getting squirrely on landings. Decent top end as well. I want to try other options but I'm pretty ok with this.

PGG - So I feel that this tune needs to be geared down more. This is Mudkickers, there will be no running flat out, it's all low end performance. But in all, it performed well. Suffered from teammates quitting/disconnecting until it was just me. Somehow won Zombie mode 5 on 1. I'll take that feather. Last game was King...so there is literally no way to win, but we had fun chasing each other and trading crowns.
1990 Nissan Pulsar Tune: Rally Winner

Sheer Driving - I knew which car I wanted to run. Adjusted it a little and let it fly. Was pretty good, stable, and felt in control. An easy driver.
1981 BMW M1 Tune: Street Sweeper

Simplify - Ran this setup for a Goliath Trial awhile back. Afterward, made a Goliath vinyl for it to commemorate the event. So I knew it was the one to take. Quick, smooth, very grippy. Just a nice, fun drive. Could use a little more on the top end but doesn't need it.
2005 Lotus Elise 111S Tune: 680 103 384

P, B, & S - I started with the DBR1, it is such a great looking car. It is a wee bit slidey, but very fast. Found out later, it's a Winter tune, so would suit trading out the tires for race rubber instead. Not the easiest thing to control but it is quick. Ran the Vanquish after, so much better. Held a line, solid through the turns, quick and in control.

@ George - the best thing to do is use this thread to see if you can get a convoy going at a time that works for you. It’s a bit of a messy trial but with 2/3 competent teammates it should still be easy enough.

1. select some hypercar
2. turn off traction/stability
3. select horizion circuit
4. accel and press handbrake button in first corner (4rounds and many corners to complete)

or do some real arcadestyle it completes itself :D

Cars/tunes/suggestions for this weeks seasonal for those that find such useful. All tunes are my own, unless otherwise noted, all shared by myself (or others). ~ tune name / share code. If you use anything offered here, and you like it/it was useful to you, please don't forget to leave a like.

Online:

Only running the Trail, and only managed time to have one go, a very disastrous go too, although good team, so scored a win!

**Trial: "Roving Eye" | Cross Country | (A800) Land Rover
**Car used: 1972 Land Rover Series iii (Autoshow 20,000 Cr)
**Tune: A800 Offroad / 167 790 403

Pick. Something. Else. This is my advice. Used it as I recall using it in another cross country Land Rover event where it did okay, not so this time. Car/tune is a monster and great at the first event (2nd after a 360 degree spin out), however the fences and other breakables in the other two events have a huge impact on this car/tune, putting it wildly off balance, out of control or worse (upside down). Tune is engine swapped for 1.6L inline 4 rally turbo, has no aero, with mudflaps.
Other choices can be found in this tread, or failing that, try this tune for the: 2015 Land Rover Range Rover Sport SVR (728 044 569) by 'waznewz', find the video of the tune preforming on youtube (no affiliation).

PR Stunts:
- Carden Creag Speed Zone, 1978 Hoonigan Ford Escort RS1800 - 'S900 Rally Trial' (680 307 281), - this one proved difficult, finally got it after too many attempts.
- Derwent Reservoir Speed Trap, 2019 Rimac Concept Two - 'PR Stunt Rally' (120 633 544),

**Car used: 1971 Lotus Elan Sprint (Autoshow 57,000 Cr)
**Tune: A800 Road / 299 110 936

Another easy win, although more competitive (less chance of running away from A.I.). Tune is AWD, has Forza air, with race tires.

**Championship: "Power, Beauty, and Soul" | Street Scene | (S1 900) Aston Martin
**Car used: 2012 Aston Martin Vanquish (Autoshow 120,000 Cr)
**Tune: S900 Road / 121 219 204

Most competitive win of the three solo events, and for me very sloppy racing on top of that - seems the system saved all the traffic cars for this event, placed them on the apex of as many corners as possible. Tune is AWD, has Forza air, races tires and twin turbo.

What did you do to be able to select that car??? Despite me having other range rovers A class, i cant only select two of them. I have that very same car you used, class A, but the game wont let me to select it. Is there any player restrictions or something im missing? the only car i can chose is the range rover svr 2015, and the tunes i found on this post didnt work at all (not enough speed).

Also i wonder, already tried six times the trial, still no success. And every time, every single player uses the same car, the svr 2015. Whats the deal?
