That's nice and all, but the page they linked me to was from 6 months ago, unless that's just when the page was created and it was recently updated? I wonder why it's taking so long if it's a known issue.
They really should re-word the email to say "we are aware of the problem, know the cause but just aren't going to bother fixing it. If you Hub doesn't update, tough!" That reply would at least close the matter...their email makes it sound like it will get fixed one day when clearly nothing of the sort will happen...I have the same issue and an internet search shows people complaining of this issue shortly after FM7 was released....they have known about the issue for 2 years, just choosing to ignore it
