Anything special about the livery on the gifted Senna?

That's so much negativity for no reason mate. First of all, whatever they do with car reset it'll be an improvement over what we have right now. They just can't make it worse, they simply can't.
Duplicates in garage are annoying indeed, but at least we can get rid of the duplicate cars we get through wheelspins rather easily - all they need to do is implement that option to online adventures and it'll be fine.
No excuse for tune/livery limit though, that needs to be increased next because not being able to apply a tune or livery to every unique car you own in garage is silly, it makes no sense. Hope they'll tackle that in one of the future updates assuming this one goes well. I'd say keep the feedback coming, as long as it's constructive.

As for the changes to ranked qualifying process, I really don't see the problem? The one and only thing that's changing is that now your rank will be publicly visible to everyone after you do one ranked race. Nothing else changes because we were given a rank after the first adventure anyway and it went up or down depending on whether you did well or not. I used to track my rank through stats tab on new accounts and could easily see how I'm climbing all the way up to L2 in the first 10 placement matches. In fact, this is a good change because now you'll be able to see whether you're going up against a L15 driver or L5 for example.

NEW FEATURES

New Car Packs
We have added two car packs in Series 26 - the British Sports Car Pack and the Any Terrain Car Pack. Both contain cars that are currently only available to Car Pass owners. These packs can be purchased from the Marketplace tab on the Pause Menu, or through the Xbox or Microsoft Store. Note – Car Pass owners will already own the cars listed in these packs.

Changes to Ranked Adventure
We have made two changes to Ranked Adventure, both aimed around getting into the fun a lot quicker.


• Matchmaking times have been reduced for all Quickplay and Ranked Adventures.
  
• Players now only need to complete 1 Online Adventure to qualify for any Ranked Adventure.
  
  Changes to Garage Size
  The Garage Size limit has been increased to 1000. This is a 250 increase from the previous limit.
  
  Changes to Car Reset
  The Car Reset timer is now more lenient, giving players a better chance to recover if their car flips out of control.
  
  Showcase Remixes
  Pillar of Autumn
  
• A remix of our Halo Showcase Experience, challenging you to drive the Warthog in an autumnal rainstorm. Have you got what it takes to outrun the Covenant once more, Chief? As per usual, you must have completed the regular showcase before the remixed version is unlocked.
  Supersonic vs. Superfast
  
• The returning Showcase Remix ‘Supersonic vs Superfast’ features the Horizon Delta-Wing and the Ferrari 812 Superfast. Complete the original Delta-Wing Showcase in order to unlock this Remix.
  
  Cross Platform Fixes
  
• Gauges in the Lamborghini Urus 2019 whilst in Cockpit view now show 8th gear, matching the HUD display of the game.
  
• Photo Challenges can be now be completed whilst in a race event.

??? No new cars in the car packs? What is going on?

It is Bruno Senna's livery according to Max's post in the other thread.

Is the patch out already? Who tested it already? Does it work? Partly? Better safe than sorry :D

Seems kind of silly to re-release existing cars in new packs. What's the point, unless these packs are really, really cheap won't it be more cost effective to just get the ultimate edition with the car pass and both expansion packs?

Makes me wonder how the game is really doing if they're doing stuff like this to try to attract new players. I know for myself, if I was coming into a game this late in its lifecycle I would be looking either for the absolute lowest cost of entry, or the everything bundle, not random junk like these "new" car packs.

Honestly, what the game really needs is more places to drive cars, not more cars.

It's for the new players not us. H2 is long EOL, they aren't going to do that and the licences have expired by now for that title. They should just unlock all the cars to the autoshow at this point. H4 is 2 years old I am not sure what they are waiting for at this late point. That would also probably get the player base up as well.

Just curious as to what license would stop them from rereleasing a map they created of a fictional location on their proprietary software for the same generation console. And the fact that it is EOL means that players can revisit a good map online with the excellent car roster of the current game. I’m not asking for the whole game to be rereleased, just expand the current map to bridge over to the old map. Twice the space to drive and all those countries are neighbors IRL so not entirely unrealistic.

Big thanks to PGG (and the higher ups) for the increased garage space. I now have room for all my car pass cars and wheel spin cars. This will greatly decrease my need to remove cars manually, which is always nice.

Why the big thanks? It's been requested regularly for months if not over a year and only just been increased.

This generation of gaming really has lowered people's expectations of developers, being ignored for so long isn't something to be grateful for, just because some devs wouldn't have bothered at all doesn't make it a grand gesture when 1 does so after such a length of time.
