Dear Forza Team,

How are you? Good afternoon. Hope all is well. I love your game. I live in the Bronx, NY. My name is Rey. I bought Forza when it was on discount at the XBOX STORE. Since I purchased the game, I have been unable to play the game consistently. I use Altice One from Cablevision's Optimum. My speed is almost 200 MBPS. I use direct connection on a 50 Ft long cable. I am able to play all of my games consistently, COD: MW, NBA 2K20, Madden NFL 20, except for FORZA 7. I am even to play Forza Horizon. Why is this problem happening, how can I fix it, will this be addressed in the next FORZA. Is it possible that I get a refund, since I called XBOX customer support and they directed me to these forums? Thank you for your time and for the greatest racing simulator in gaming.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
