Are these sales limits temporary for Black Friday sales?
Or will we be subject to this limitation all the time?
I hope that is not the latter. Retro, please tell us about the restrictions on the number of sales, This is not written in the release notes.

Might already have a classic racer tuned from the Pink Pig trial. That was A class too, wasn't it?

Also, I'm pretty sure we've seen the weekly Forzathon before too. I seem to remember doing the Goliath in the Iron Knight once before.

Yep on both counts...
It's not a Question of whether the Glass is 1/2 Full or 1/2 Empty - A man dying of thirst would be happy to get his hands on either...

Last weeks trial cars are also all A class classic racers, so whatever you used then will do the job.

I wasn't looking forward to the trial but it was fun. A800 classic racer. Was going to use a Shelby Daytona but mine was tuned to S1 so hopped in a Ferrari not really expecting anything.

Luckily the best driver in our team was in a Shelby Daytona and we won easily first time. Perhaps there's a bit of an advantage entering the trial early in the week when there will be some good drivers about.

Please someone tell the person who does the german translation that the Colossus and the Goliath are not the same. I think this is the second time this mistake has happened. Mistakes do happen, but let's not make this mistake a third time. Thanks.

Ok... normally I would skip the trial... but I want to get out from my comfort zone, and would really love to do it with like-minded players from the forums. Would it be possible to organize something? I love the theme for this one.

This was by far the easiest 94% for me since the Playlist came in Series 7. The Drivatars didn't score a single point in the Trial, the rest was just as easy.

Driving the Pista in fifth gear under a tunnel is simply sublime.

Ahhh, an A class classic racer Trial! 90% of my spare time solo driving is classic racers in A class against unbeatable AI.

May be like last season where I ran the trial at least 10 times. Kinda liking getting away from Hypercars in the rain every season... Maybe a classic rally event next season :)

And I wouldn't be surprised if my R2 Hoonigan RS200 had over 1000 miles on it. Shaping up to be one of the best weekly series yet.

Haven't looked at the tracks for the trial yet, but with curves the Alfa TZ is awesome in A, if fast and sweeping it's all about the ford GT 40.

The scoring was completely messed up in the Championship.

I came 2nd in the first race...

1/ Joker 20 Points
2/ Aquapainter168 16 points

Then I came 1st, but Joker came 3rd, but this happened...

1/ Aquapainter168... 36 points
2/ Joker 36 Points

It scored as though Joker came 2nd.

Then something even stranger happened....

I won, but Joker came last with 1 point, but the scoring was wrong again...

1/ Aquapainter 56 points
2/
3/
4/ Joker... 35 points

Joker lost a point???

messed up.

The German translation for the final truck race is broken. It states Colossus instead of Goliath.
How can that happen?

Tips & miscellany

The Trial

1. Greendale Super Srint
2. Astmoor Heritage Circuit
3. Broadway Village Circuit

Got this on first try with Porsche using tune I used in previous Trial. It's not however tune I recommend this time. I did another run with tune made for '64 Ford GT40 Mk I. We again won all the events and but GT40 turned out to be much more pleasurable to drive, at least for me.

Tune shared for '64 Ford GT40 Mk I

Trial turned out to be really great event again.

Playground Games: Had to try four times, had uneven teams, but finally won in 4 vs 4 match.

PR Stunts: Bugatti Veyron SS X-class for all.

Championships

Completed on Unbeatable difficulty using stock cars. Braking line, no traction control etc.

Championship: Dancing in the Street Scene

Won with 60 points using Hoonigan RS200. It's quite interesting experience in it's stock configuration, quite bouncy but it has really lot of power. I suggest tuning though for those who prefer higher difficulties.

Recommended car: Hoonigan RS200

Championship: The Grand Moor

Did this with '15 Ford Falcon and it turned out I was able to win the championship with 60 points using it.

I was quite surprised to get this done with stock as I usually struggle with Dirt events with RWD's.

Routes are pretty straighforward but on Mudkickers it's good to watch out for landings so you wont end nose down in water and flip. Moderate throttle use is fastest way in that section.

Recommended Car: '15 Ford Falcon

Championship: Old Timers

Tried first with Porsche GT3 but abandoned it since I didn't like how it handles. Took Ferrari F40 instead and won all the events with it. It's amazing car that is pleasure to drive even stock. On last race I was first place in about 32% of the route.

Recommended car: Ferrari F40

Weekly#Forzathon

Did this with Mercedes-Benz truck.

Easiest and fast way to get Trading Paint skills for me was to go on motorway and touch the side of traffic cars while passing.
Got Wreckage skill just driving over stuff on motorway and smashing trees, getting back to motorway, it was quite fast.

Goliath turned out to be surprisingly easy but there is serious rubber band effect after leaving Edinburgh and approaching the light house.

Gearing, shifting to lower gears in some turns can give lot's of benefits over Drivatars.

Recommended car: #24 Mercedes-Benz truck

Easiest Trial in memory. In Playground games we started 5 to 6, but we still managed to get the other side to quit.

If that's the only one available, it's sort of rough landing in Classic Racers. I really like that car with all the power and character it has, but for beginners sheesh...

Lot's of players should have '64 Ford GT 40 though, as it's a barn find.

But still i have seen a lot Tipos so far, only reason why i even check rentals was because i was wondering why that is so common. And it really show that Tipo is too hard car for beginners because all the time those peoples dont score any points.

Didn't had any in my two runs but it makes sense, Classic Racers are crazy expensive and perhaps many sold cars they used for previous trial. How the heck this happened? This doesn't build towards good experience for beginners, nor for those whom have a lot of players in their team whom may not be able to keep that monster on road and lose points and it doesn't necessarily showcase Tipo at it's best either.

There is actually few cheap classic racers like lotus cortina, lotus eleven and that old jaguar but once again i come back at bad UI what dont show that those cars are also available in this event. But i still cant understand why there is not any other rentals than Tipo even tho this is pretty good trial these kinda things are big minus for PG.
