Same here. I should have suspected about the Nvidia Drivers.
Impossible to play with this problem.
Using 2080TI STRIX OC card.

The new driver 441.12 did not fix the problem. Still back to 436.51.

Unfortunately, that's not much of a solution. The last batch of drivers fixed a huge security flaw. We need NVidia to just fix the problem.

I'm getting the same exact thing, works fine for like an hour after that i keep getting the "low bandwidth streaming" is this affecting all Nvidia cards or just the RTX ones?

I played a bit more than 1h yesterday and did not have any problem at all.
Before it happened after 15 to 20 minutes.

Don't have "long play" experience yet, but it really looks better so far. no problems after more than an hour.

Still hesitant about these drivers since I play Forza 7. It says they make the game stutter (possibly) and mine runs fine at the moment.
