I don't think that the Airfield Circuit was welcomed by all, but our numbers held up at 29, thanks to our returning drivers VelosterOne (F4R Vanquish), sk15kev, and TeXeN7. The jump, and bumps on this short track require a little more tuning effort than normal, and can be frustrating.
The cars took us by surprise. At the start of the week we could not find a single car from the division in the top 200, and we certainly did not expect them to be competing with the Lotus 340Rs. Both the Lancia 037, and Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VI performed brilliantly, and we ended the week with 3 drivers in the top 10, and 9 in the top 20.
xAlea took the win after a very close battle with PRKid, and minsons took the remainng podium place. Tier 2 saw razzitGT winning from Coopracing, and BruteTerror. All 3 running sub 59 second laps and finishing top 20. UnearthlyDNA won tier 3 with time to spare.
Congratulations to all our winners.
Here is a snapshot of the final standings:

Our winners:
Tier 1: xAlea Jacta Est wins a paint for his 1982 Lancia 037 Stradale.
Tier 2: razzitGT wins a paint for his 1982 Lancia 037 Stradale.
Tier 3: UnearthlyDNA wins a paint for his 1982 Lancia 037 Stradale.

To claim your paints, message HLR Moss to arrange it's sharing whilst you are waiting in the car to download. We don't want anyone else to grab them. They are each personalised for the winner and hopefully will provide you with a memory of the event.
For our next challenge we are off to Brazil to drive some vintage sportscars around Rio. Good luck!

1970 Alfa Romeo Montreal
1968 Ferrari 365 GTB/4
1967 Lamborghini Miura P400
Only 4 cars this week. On both occasions we have run these cars, the Montreal was the winner. Can it repeat it at Rio, or will the handling of the Miuira be a factor?
