Hi,

Just to let you all know & keep you all in the loop - The garage limit size increase will be rolling out over the next few hours.
We understand that this was a popular community request and apologize for the delay but we wanted to ensure that all testing had been completed before this went live.
This update will now also enable Co-Op and PvP within the Community Championships

If you are not prompted to get the update after 24hours, you can double check by going to 'Forza Horizon 4 > Manage Game & Add-ons > Updates'
You can see further information here in the Release Notes.

Thanks,
RetroKrystal

Now here's something we wanted to see!

I really hope everything goes well with this update. Thanks for warning us!

Cool will this mean more new cars being added to the game. I kinda don't really see the need in having duplicate cars when it's so easy to add tunes and designs.

Why not 900 like Forza Motorsports?

I mean, 750 is nice and all, not complaining. But you guys are probably going to add many cars to the game yet, I hope you don't reach the limit again. Nobody, players and devs, want this headache again right?

We will cross that bridge when we are close to having 750 unique cars in the game. Right now we are more than 150 cars away.

It's called "delaying the inevitable".

If they found a formula to increase the limits without corrupting saves, than I agree it's ok, saving cloud space for now.

But if not, it will be the same problem again in a few months.

did you add the ability to load tunes when the class requirement changes? if not then we are forced to have multiple cars with different class setups so yeah 900 may have been better for some people.

I totally agree, 900 would be so mutch better. Another thing that im not happy abaout is creative hub, it still show only 255 most popular tunes so no any upgrades in there :(

4 months, 500 limit is reached, game has to live 4 damned years so size is increased to ... 750 ... I guess you expect people to leave the game before reaching the limit.

The only excuse I have left for not buying ultimate add-ons is the menus that waste my life with wait times and poor layout. The leaked upcoming cars list looks fun, too. Oh well.

And multiplayer lacking class/discipline choice... and some other more specific conflicts of interest.

And it's been crashing on me lately during pvp.

Finally. Thank You so much for informing us of this RetroKrystal, I can finally get those 2 months worth of season pass cars I have been holding off buying.

I just hope 750 Car Slots is going to be Enough. I don't Personally See the Game going much beyond 700 unique cars however, so 750 should be enough.

Ah well, if it isn't, I am sure the Team at Playground will, once the Patch has been Properly Tested, bump the limits up again so long as the Servers can take it, so I am not too worried.

Either Way, its nice to know I can go on a bit of a Car Buying Spree without having to worry about Headbutting the Limit for the Moment :)

Couldn't have said it better. This does appear to be a sticking plaster on a somewhat broken user interface more than anything.

That said, I'm sure I'll just get told to log a ticket, then wait well over a month for an unsatisfactory response with no real substance that doesn't entirely apply to my original ticket before it gets closed off. I might receive a 1 million credit "bribe" in-game though. That was especially amusing when they gave it to me 2 days after Fortune Island came out and I'd just received 10 million credits from the stupidly easy Treasure Hunt event. I still haven't cashed that one in (I like to think I'm more principled than that, lol).

Maybe I'm misunderstanding your issue but I'm pretty sure you can load different class tune/upgrade setups you have saved for the same car at your house or festival. In-game you do it in freeroam by going to Creative Hub>Tuning Setups>My Tunes. I was switching the '99 Evolution regularly back and forth from A to S1 last night using my saved tunes (or suggested tunes, or searching for a creator).

I'd be nice if they'd make it so I can load a tuning setup at the restart screen in a race and not have to get out of race to freeroam to switch things up.

Well even though I had cleared out over 30+ cars a few hours ago (lost count how many altogether), I still appreciate this update. Especially the "The number of Designs you can store has increased to 500".

Would be so much better if you spent some love on the engine sounds. Be able to change the seasons in free-roam to whatever you like (whilst also being able to play with other online players) & somehow although I don't see this happening, integrate your own personal music library into the game. At least update the in-game music library every now & then so at least we can enjoy the new weekly car releases with music to go with it.

But this isn't a wish list nor a whinge thread. Thanks for at least increasing the limits
