I love forums.

Everyone: car 1: Pantera.

John: umm...none if these cars have been in forza before.

Everyone: Pantera!

Umm...the DeTomoso Pantera was in Forza 4. So, that's not it. Guess again.

Brabham fan cat

This will become the oldest car in the Forza Motorsport series.

Fred Flintstone’s peddle car

Yes. But the key word there is "game." As in something NOT real and fun. Even Gran Turismo creator Kazunori Yamauchi has admitted that video games aren't to be taken too seriously and it's fine to have a bit of fun and the Ford SVT Raptor and VW Samba Bus is coming to GT Sport this month. And from that last clue it seems like we ARE getting a truck. Which I welcome.

Clue 3
One-off, one-win wonder!

That clue right there hints at a racecar.

Knowing my luck it will probably remain a one win wonder too.

Usually hanging out at position 12 so you will need to look in your rearview mirror to see me.

Clue 1.
Sometimes I like fish tacos, but other times I just prefer pasta with sausage.

This to me suggests an Italian car with an American or German engine. So it could be a DeTomaso Mangusta, Bizzarrini A3/C or another Pagani. (Zonda C12 I hope)

Clue 2.
If someone tells you that something is unnecessary or over-the-top, it’s probably something you actually want and you should talk to that other person anymore.

I'm thinking that it may be something like the Apollo Intensa Emozione, or the Bugatti Chiron, or even the Hennessey Venom F5.

Clue 3.
One-off, one-win wonder!

I'm gonna guess the Brabham BT46B Fan Car, as that won the only Grand Prix that it ever appeared in.

Clue 4
Long before the Hemi, there were other engines with hemispherical heads that radically improved performance. This car is one of them.

I know MG produced a twin cam version of the MGA Mk. 1 1600 that used hemispherical heads, so I'm going to guess that.

Clue 5.
Bare bones and basic. You could chase or be chased in it.

Now if the Jaguar Mk. II weren't already in the game, this would be the perfect guess. I'm going to guess the Ford Transit Mk. I, because it too, was favoured by both criminals and police alike, due to its car like handling, which at the time, was revolutionary.

Clue 6.
This will become the oldest car in the Forza Motorsport series.

I'm really hoping that this is a Bentley Blower, as it wasn't driveable when it appeared as a secret Autovista car back in Forza Motorsport 4. It could also be a Bugatti Type 35, Or an early Ford Model T.

Clue 7.
This is a rig that can truly do just about anything depending on the configuration.

I'm guessing that this is a performance wagon of some sort. I'm going to guess the Mercedes-Benz AMG "Hammer".

My guesses.

Clue 1
Sometimes I like fish tacos, but other times I just prefer pasta with sausage.

2017 Pagani Zonda HP Barchetta, or the 1971 DeTomaso Pantera.

Clue 2
If someone tells you that something is unnecessary or over-the-top, it’s probably something you actually want and you should talk to that other person anymore.

2017 HSV GTS-R W1. There's usually an Aussie car in every 2-3 packs. Otherwise it's the Bugatti Chiron.

Clue 3
One-off, one-win wonder!

1978 Brabham BT46B

Clue 4
Long before the Hemi, there were other engines with hemispherical heads that radically improved performance. This car is one of them.

Alfa 1914 Grand Prix car?

Clue 5
Bare bones and basic. You could chase or be chased in it.

MK1 Ford Transit, or a 2008 Holden Commodore VE.

Clue 6
This will become the oldest car in the Forza Motorsport series.

Maybe a bit too obvious IMO, but the 1886 Benz Patent-Motorwagen.

Clue 7
This is a rig that can truly do just about anything depending on the configuration.

Mercedes-Benz Unimog seems like the best option, considering others' comments.

It said long before the Hemi, that means it's not the Chrysler.

Not necessarily. The "HEMI" name we all have heard of was applied in the mid 60's. That leaves earlier Chrysler Hemis up for debate.

1. I'm thinking the Inferno. The car is not only Mexican, but is the creation of Antonio Ferrarioli, who has designed components for Lamborghini

The only idea I have for this is thrown off by the fish tacos part, but since it's my only idea, I'll go for it. Past with sausage makes me think spaghetti Bolognese, and Bologna is home to the headquarters of Lamborghini, as well as their museum. Given that most new Lamborghinis are in the game, I'd look to the museum, and if I'm going to a museum I may as well start at the beginning with the Lamborghini 350 GT.

Clue 2
If someone tells you that something is unnecessary or over-the-top, it’s probably something you actually want and you should talk to that other person anymore.

When people talk about "unnecessary" aspects of cars, power is the most obvious one. And the Bugatti Chiron is wonderfully over-powered. -

Clue 3
One-off, one-win wonder!

Tyrell P34? I'm pretty sure it only got one win before it was changed and subsequently rendered obsolete.

Clue 4
Long before the Hemi, there were other engines with hemispherical heads that radically improved performance. This car is one of them.

Chrysler started build Hemis in the early 50s, so to be long before that...Lancia was building them in the 30s, but John said no correct answers but one close. I'll pretend mine was the close one and go with the 1946 Lancia Aprilia Corsa.

Clue 5
Bare bones and basic. You could chase or be chased in it.

"Follow that cab" is something heard in movies and shows so much it has its own TVTropes page. Lots of cars have been used as taxis over the years, including by fleeing individuals and their pursuers in fiction, but the most ubiquitous and mundane (perhaps not withstanding the Crown Victoria) is the Chevrolet Caprice, circa 1996. I'm not sure "bare bones" is a good term for it given its size, but fleet vehicles are often sold with little to nothing in the options category, so basic most certainly applies.

Clue 6
This will become the oldest car in the Forza Motorsport series.

If the Model T was wrong, I'll go a bit richer: 1924 Hispano-Suiza H6C "Tulipwood Torpedo"

Clue 7
This is a rig that can truly do just about anything depending on the configuration.

If the Power Wagon is wrong, I'll try a different American workhorse vehicle, the Kaiser Jeep M715.

I would say the 720S because people say it makes 710 but there have been readings over 770 hp and from what weve seen it trashes 800hp lambos

#7 Sounds like The Mill Blackbird, a rig used in films which can be configured into any setup and digitally look like any car. Obviously farfetched but would be interesting to see what Turn 10 did with it
