Hello everyone,

I know most of you have created threads in this section asking for help with game crashes. We would really like to help you out with these issues!
*NOTE: If you've already emailed, thank you! There is no need to do it again, I just want to make sure we are getting as much data as possible.

If you are having issues with crashing, please make sure you have disabled Game Mode in Windows and close any overclocking, hardware monitoring, streaming, recording and any non essential apps to see if that stops it from happening. In the event that none of this is beneficial to you and the game keeps crashing, then please email forzafb@microsoft.com with a brief description of what you were doing prior to the crash and the following requested files.


Dxdiag file
Press the Windows key and type “dxdiag”
Click the Save All Information… button and save the text document to your desktop

THP Files
You can find these files by going to
C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.ApolloBaseGame_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC\Temp\Turn10Temp.scratch
The AppData file maybe hidden so in file explorer, you will need to enable hidden files by going to View, Options, View tab and clicking the radio button for Show hidden files, folders and drives.

Tasklist
Launch the game
Open a cmd prompt
Type ‘tasklist > “path to .txt file”
i.e: tasklist > C:\tasklist.txt

Crashreport.xml (Please reproduce the crash before trying to get this file)
