I saw the article on the front page titled 'A Letter to the Forza Community'. In the article the author acknowledges some issues with VIP and encourages people to let them know if they are having issues via these forums, Twitter or email.

I pre-ordered the digital version of Ultimate Edition for $140 Australian and have been unable to access VIP, Hoonigan or Fast &Furious content since the beginning of early access. I am now unable to launch or reinstall the game. Over the past week I have tried posting in these forums, contacting a mod via PM that posted a sticky related to the issue in here, reaching out via Twitter and even sending an email but I have had no response whatsoever.

If you really are concerned about the issues with this game, and put in a letter to the community that you want us to contact you, how about doing us the courtesy of at least responding to ONE of the attempts to contact you?

I'm seriously frustrated with the game and the complete lack of support from Turn 10.

I would like to add that we should get a right to refund on our digital copy of the game. Some of us spent more than the allowed 2 hours to get this working and per MS return policy we can only get a refund within 14 days of game release and played less than 2 hours. I don't want to keep a $100 game that is unplayable if my progress or cars won't save due to a server issue or bug.

pity you guys buying the ultimate edition dang yo

4 me I buy deluxe because I don't mind losing $80 unlike $100 which is 2 much loss especially with my currency is already down worst than ****

1 dollar=4.25 as of now

I contacted MS support via Live Chat and I received my refund Friday night. I assume they are aware that this game has many issues and consumer backlash. I would urge those that want a refund to do so. You have a right to refund on your digital games (varies) by state and country, but I would try.

You can get a refund, the product was mis-sold and in unsupported. Many people have been successful. I have also contacted the media who will soon be doing a story. I have too much time on my hands.
