Hi everyone,

We are aware that some of you are receiving a "Marketplace Error" when trying to access your Fast & Furious, Hoonigan and VIP DLC.

If you are experiencing this issue can you please do me a favor?

Send me (NITRO GLITTER) a PM on the forums with the title Marketplace Error.

Include the following information:
Last time that you tried to access the content?
Does the store (xbox or windows) say that you own it?
[XBOX] Are you on the Xbox One or the Xbox One S?
[XBOX] Are you on the insider program? If so please let me know what OS Build you are on.
[XBOX] Is the xbox you are trying to access the content on your HOME xbox?
Are you signed into the same account that purchased the content?
Have you tried a hard reset of your console or restarted your PC?
Screen shot of your error. (You can upload it elsewhere and provide the link)

[HOONIGAN] This was only available for Digital Ultimate Edition (Available 9/29), Digital Deluxe and Digital Standard (Available 10/3) so please make sure you have a Digital Copy of the game before reporting this as an error.

As always, make sure you have all of these installed.

Quick note on the CAR PASS. This currently has no data as we have not released a car pack yet. As long as it says you OWN it, you are fine. Any car packs that are included in the car pass will be available to you once they come out.

Please note that none of these answers you give are wrong. I am merely trying to gather information here. I don't care if you game share with your brother, girlfriend, dog, etc.
