That Zonda is a personal favourite, going to have to pick it up after work. The other two eh, I don't mind missing out on them.

Two out of three I am interested in. I may get the Zonda too but I'll have to percolate on the Z for a while.

I would like to know when auction house is opening and how i can get Rs4 avant,S3, or Kleinbus. Its so stupid to add new cars but you can only play them at freeplay. And wait wait wait wait no interest to play anymore. Forza cup done and nothing new.

I need to test the McLaren tomorrow. I already have my preferred car for that Division (the 2008 Viper) but if this can get close I’ll switch over and use it in the Hoppers.

I’ve given the McLaren a run and while it’s got potential the ‘08 Viper is a much stronger car overall.

  • The Viper can get 355mm front tyres (the Homologation cap) whereas the Mclaren’s best are 325.
  • The Viper also has more power, 447kw vs 431 (the cap is 485 but I prefer cars with lots of grip).
  • Looking at the performance ratings the Viper has much better Handling and Braking, whereas the McLaren barely beats it on Speed and Accelerartion.

I took both around my preferred test track (Catalunya National). The McLaren did a 17.1 and the Viper a 15.5. With some tuning I think I can get the McLaren down to a 16.0 but the Viper’s much easier to drive.

And also. What specialty dealer? Same cars. Nothing special to me. No Forzathon no auction new cars that i would like to have is locked. Prize crates useless. Tier 13 now with collection and leveling prizes offers same cars all over again. [Mod Edit - Abbreviated profanity, profanity and profanity that is disguised but still alludes to the words are not permitted - D]. And game keeps crashing every 5 min when you paint or upgrade cars.

Holy Bat Droppings the Zonda was that much did not even look at the price will have to do 4 or 5 long races with 3 legendary 100% credit boost mods and a VIP car to pay for that blunder.

This feature is really annoying, you are forced to play for accumulate credits before the offer ends but if you don't have free time?
, I prefer obtain the cars as prize for completing a championship,

Don't waste your VIP cards.

Just do a P2/P1/X championship on expert or pro with all mod cards slots around and put it to long race.

This will give you around 50 000 default + 80% AI + 180% mod cards, so 170 000 to 180 000 CR per 16-18 min race.

How do I know what number mine is? Is it the number in the production run box in the top right? If so, my Zonda is 526!

Exactly! Why should I pay more for a car I can build and tune myself. Mind you, I'm no expert tuner, but I think I can do a great job at matching the stuff in the SD showcase. So yeah, they do need to explain what is making these cars so special and unique to warrant the prices they're asking for. If it's just expert tuning, I'd beg the differ, but if they're using some exclusive upgrade parts available only to the studio, then we truly have something special here, else it simply ain't!

This cars will have high price at auction, and they will re-appear anyway, the price will go down. Those fe cars are common, but specialty cars are not. And after prices goes down here comes #1 cars) the #800 car will be rare, because there will be 80000 same cars already)

This Specialty Dealer is another reason I am staying away. The availability of base cars should not be time restricted.

Yeah, but there has always been cars locked that no one could purchase in game in Forza, I'm referencing the unicorn cars of Forza 3, 4, and Horizon. You could say yeah it was never so many before, or that they where special editions of cars that are available in the game. However that doesn't change the fact that cars have been locked away from in game purchase since at least forza 3, the only difference is that now we can buy them on a rotation. Seems like a slight improvement to me.

I was looking at the Zonda and had previously missed out on the XY Falcon GTHO due to extremities so I have been wondering does anyone know if these cars come up elsewhere? ie level up or might be offered again thru the dealer. Suffering so many setbacks that trying to manage the CR to get the Forza GP Renault took me 4 days and cringe to even consider going through all that again for the Zonda if I know I can wait until issues are fixed.

Good News -- The cars in the Specialty Dealer potentially could be won in a Forzathon event or a Lucky Car Prize Crate (300,000 CR). Which is a bargain for the Zonda C.
Bad news -- Forzathons have not started yet and according to other threads on here, no one has won a Legendary FE car from the crates.....yet.
May (not confirmed) be able to pick them up in the Auction House when that opens

They are rolling out the 2XCR VIP early next week but I hope there are a few bug fixes included or the only difference it will make is watching 2XCR disappear on the customary CTD. I haven't done so well in the 300'000 crates. I have quite a few FE cars in the garage including a few doubles. I would like to get the GTHO so hopefully, that will turn up or at AH. Can't really complain about much in the car arena as they have been throwing them at us quicker than we can drive them. I just have my faves and tried to get in early.
