Hello

I pre ordered the standard edition but my game has come with no manuals or paper or anything inside the case. Just the disk.

Is this normal?

If so, how will I receive my pre-order bonus? As games usually give codes inside the case.

I'm just installing it now

That is normal now. Your pre-order code should have been provided to you by your retailer. It's usually printed on your receipt.
Rules of troubleshooting:
1) Have you tried turning it off and on again?
2) Is your Internet working?
3) https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status < Check here for service issues.
4) If all else fails open a service ticket and/or forum post.

Hi, thanks for your reply. i got the below numbers in the dispatch note by argos -

SKU
Consignment number: RM-xxxxx
Barecode / Manufacturer codes
Argos ref (2 codes, one including a number beginning with MC)

Any of these it?

No, it would be specifically listed as a DLC code. Did your retailer have a pre-order bonus?

i think so yes.

I rang my retailer and he said they'll get the codes sent to me via email.

i used the term "pre order bonus code" instead of "DLC code" ... would this have mattered?

It should not have, most retailers know the difference and they are technically the same thing.
