I agree, I would welcome exclusive tier rewards. Would be nice to be rewarded for hard work. They should also bring back unicorn cars, but that's another argument!

They still have unicorn cars, there just aren't as many.
Rules of troubleshooting:
1) Have you tried turning it off and on again?
2) Is your Internet working?
3) https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status < Check here for service issues.
4) If all else fails open a service ticket and/or forum post.

Unicorn cars like in FM3/4 or H1. Ones you had to win and were gifted by Turn 10

In FH3 there were quite many of them. Cars like the Ferrari 599XX or the Lamborghini Sesto Elemento can only be won by completing certain Forzathon Challenges. In my opinion that is exactly how a unicorn car is defined

They are not the same as in earlier games. You couldn't win them in normal play. They had to be gifted out by Turn 10 for winning competitions. In FM3, for example, they were really rare and hard to get. That is how unicorns should be.

In FH3 you could not win them in normal play either. Go into the game now and try winning the Sesto Elemento. And the Forzathon is a form of competition that has to be won in order to get a car by PG. Sounds familiar?

No, they were harder to get. I have the Sesto and it wasn't difficult. I can also buy more in the auction house. Seems you only need to fall over your controller to win stuff these days. Anyway, I will just agree to disagree.

My statement of exclusive cars in the part you quoted me is meant for exclusive cars meaning the paints on that car not the car itself.

The post you quoted me on is one I posted after several posts including the #69 post to another forum member who does not fully understand what I am trying to express ( possibly from a small language barrier with no fault to anyone). If you read the entire thread you will see that he and I have corresponded several times with me trying to explain to him what the exclusive part is and he is not fully understanding what I am trying to say...again a language issue causing the confusion. By taking a post that was several posts into our discussion, what you are pointing out here is misleading as to how I feel. I do NOT want locked cars but I feel there should be some sort of an exclusive paint for the tier levels. The higher ones tier is the more impressive the exclusive paint should be and only that tier player should ever get these. The cars these paints are on should be available to all players but the paints should stay locked. There are many very good painters out there that can make a paint to look very similar to the exclusive ones so everyone should be able to get a very similar paint to the exclusive one but not the actual one.

If any cars are locked that is not fair to the players who it is locked for. Most cars have a unique performance trait in the game and any exclusive reward should not lock this performance trait behind a locked car but a paint has absolutely no performance variation to any car so that is why I would like to see the exclusive paints rather than exclusive cars.

We actually want the same thing here. Again all I was trying to do is explain this to the other forum member.

My apologies Dan, I'd read this thread in reverse order and opened a few tabs with the comments I wanted to reply to. By the time I'd gotten around to replying to them together I'd lost track of who'd said what and where they said it.

Yes, you can still play those games on the 360 and earn Forza Rewards points. However, an adjustment to the program of some kind is imminent with the addition of FH4, so you may just want to wait a week and see if any changes to the requirements are announced.

I'd hope they won't change the reward requirements for the older games? You probably just mean the level requirements, which should be adjusted with the new game, but yeah, I've been thinking about going back to Forza 4 to pick up some of the items I'm missing, but that would mean setting up my xbox 360 again, which is a bit of effort.

The loyalty rewards was announced the same time as the demo last year I believe, just about a week or so before the early access availability, so in the next 10 days sounds like a safe bet. I'd expect Level 13 to be added, with 3000 more points for Horizon 4. Badges and Shirts with each tier and similar credit rewards for each tier. They removed the pay DLC / Token requirements for previous forza rewards with the release of FM7. I wouldn't mind if they actually upped the points to 5000 or so for newer games, to allow people to easily jump from lower tiers to higher ones, especially if they didn't play the older games, but still make it reasonably challenging to get all 5000 points.

Or they could just leave it at 3000 points per game..since it is called loyalty rewards..not johhny come lately rewards
They can go back and play the older games if they want to

Humm, my outrage from lack of ahead of time info on loyalty rewards last year gave me my entrance to the exclusive and highly decorated moderated club...

I thought I'd try again...

What will the loyalty rewards be?

You can, but certain things are no longer possible due to content not being available (1000 Club DLC for FH1) or certain parts of the game not working anymore and therefore you can't get achievements (for example clubs related achievements in FM4). You can do most but not all of the stuff.

Forza Rewards

Sure, you can earn credits for winning races in Forza Horizon 4, but did you know that there are in-game credits out there just waiting to be claimed for simply playing Forza games? If not, then you need to check out Forza Rewards, our loyalty rewards program where Forza players can claim credits each week.

In Forza Rewards, every Forza player has a Tier level. Tier levels are attained by playing Forza games and achieving certain milestones (such as driving a certain number of miles or reaching a certain Driver Level). These feats earn you points for your Forza Score; the higher your Forza Score total, the higher your Tier level. As your Tier level increases, so too does the amount of rewards you can earn in Forza games.

With the launch of Forza Horizon 4, we’re adding a new Tier level (Tier 13) which will be worth a total of 3,000 Forza Score points. Starting with Tier 2, players can redeem a weekly credit bonus in various Forza games. You can grab those credits either on the Forza Rewards page on the Web site, or by claiming them in the Forza Hub app on Xbox One or Windows 10. Here’s a look at the weekly credit payouts per game based on your Forza Tier:

Tier Forza Motorsport 5 Forza Horizon 2 Forza Motorsport 6 Forza Horizon 3 Forza Motorsport 7 Forza Horizon 4

Quick question are the cars exclusive to loyalty rewards or is it just instant access? I am 152 points away from tier 11, so will just need the Porsche if it is possible to get normally. I do like the fact its a mixture of cars and cosmetics, really can't wait for the 28th.

As always, these credit rewards are cumulative. For example if you are Tier 10, you’ll receive the Tier 10 credit payout, as well as all lower Tier credit rewards.

Forza Horizon 4 players will also earn additional Rewards goodies when they log into the full game for the first time. The rewards players can earn is based on their Tier level at the time they log into the game for the first time. Here’s a breakdown of what players can expect per-Tier level:

Quick question are the cars exclusive to loyalty rewards or is it just instant access? I am 152 points away from tier 11, so will just need the Porsche if it is possible to get normally. I do like the fact its a mixture of cars and cosmetics, really can't wait for the 28th.

Instant Acess . You can pay it later

Good to know thank you 🙂...... now back to boosting myself up 50k credits for commuinty tunes/designs on FM7
