It has yet to be announced when the Forza Garage segments start.
Rules of troubleshooting:
1) Have you tried turning it off and on again?
2) Is your Internet working?
3) https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status < Check here for service issues.
4) If all else fails open a service ticket and/or forum post.

Mid July: Weekly car reveals typically begin about five weeks after E3, running through August.
July 19-22: FM7 had a presence at Comic-Con last year.
Aug 21-25: Forza typically reveals more gameplay info at gamescom in Germany.
Aug/Sep: Anticipate a Gone Gold announcement, Song list, Achievements list, possible Loyalty Rewards.
September: a downloadable Demo is typically released a couple weeks before the game.
September: a Launch Trailer is typically released.
Sep 20-23: Ralph Fulton has given presentations at EGX in the past. Here a Info from ManteoMax .

Notice the word "typically" in almost every sentence there. That means no dates are set in stone. This is just a ballpark timeline based on previous Forza releases.

I still can’t believe July has now passed and we are now in August - usually Turn 10 would have the first week of the weekly car reveals up by then, but as of 2nd August at the time of posting this on the forums, we still haven’t had an announcement on the weekly car reveals for Forza Horizon 4...

Here’s hoping we will see a weekly car reveal announcement soon...

I think we have a really good chance to see something like that starting next week since the "Feature/Season streams" are now done.
And think about it this way: Now they are revealing more cars per week :P

On the other hand, I'm more than happy for them to not have car reveals.

It'd be cool to dig into the game ourselves and see what cars they have.

I'm excited for official car reveals soon, but in fairness in the time frame we would be having weekly reveals we got 4 hours of gameplay and overview of tons of new features so I don't mind waiting.

They have changed things up to how they do things. The same that applies before doesn't mean it will now.
