The Cadillac ATS-V has a mystery transmission with really annoying ratios. Especially 4th-5th-6th as 5th is comparatively short but 6th is such a heavy overdrive that it can't pull in it.

It's a 6-speed automatic... except the auto for ATS-V is an 8-speed. The ratios also don't seem to line up with the standard ATS (non V model) 6-speed automatic from the early models. They also didn't simply goof up and put the 6-speed manual ratios in the automatic, as the ratios are definitely not from the TR6060.

Kind of annoying because I like driving my cars stock, and in order to make it more "true" I had to put a racing gearbox in it with the TR6060 ratios, so obviously I can't run it in free play events with upgrades turned off.

I'm doing the Evolution open with it right now and OMG this is so annoying! The texture is both incorrect and very low resolution, making the cockpit view terrible.

The 2014 Honda touring cars both have missing animations for shifting. The driver only moves his hand to switch gears only once in while, most of the time the shifting happens without the animation. Also the grip of his hand is incorrect for the shape of the lever, so it looks really bad. Also, the LED rpm indicator on top of the steering wheel does not work. And from outside, while looking in from the front, the #2 car looks unfinished. As if there are no textures on the inside.

The BMW M4 Forza Edition, the car that people paid money for in the VIP pack, still says "Horizon Festival" on the side.

Surely when T10 copy pasted the Horizon Editions from FH3, especially for the VIP cars, they could have made an effort to take out or change any Horizon branding?

I don't mind that. It's only one sticker and I see it as a nod to another game that exists.

Thats a joke.
Example koenigsegg one:1 has STILL same bugs that it has in fh3.
Steering wheel still have double button icons, agera and one:1 icons same time, and also they used lower quality model from horizon 3 instead of better one from fm6.
Orange stripe ends in wrong place, carbon is replaced with leather.
So im sure they didnt rework nothing.
Also subaru brz and mazda mx5 3rd view side mirrors are missing, porsche 2017 919 uses same motec that old model uses etc.

E92 M3 has diff cover is wrong... they use some generic cover and you can see the ground through the hood vents when using the hood cam. It feels like all they did was brought the older game car model to 4k quality. I forgot on the 300ZX, bit there were a couple things on the exterior and the interior that were off from the real car (I don't have the real one anymore to compare).

Unfortunately some bugs are hidden behind expensive cars, so they're hard to spot. Examples from Horizon:

1) Pagani Huayra inverted weight upgrades (Sport better than Race).
2) Challenger Hellcat with 395mm rear tires.
3) Ferrari 250 California with two stock weight upgrades.
4) Ferrari 250 GT Berlinetta Lusso with two stock tire width upgrades.
5) 2013 Audi R8 has wrong mapping in the stock wheels.
6) Shelby Cobra 427 Semi-Competition Race cam upgrade has a small cliff in the torque curve near redline, unnoticeable during gameplay but it's there.
7) Jag D-Type sometimes has a loose tonneau (no idea what triggers this).
8) And of course the famous 2 ton wheels in the Nissan Titan truck.

The most we can do is document, report and hope for the best. :(

Photo on left I took myself of the real life car. The photo on the right is in game Forza 6. Same as Forza 7. Those vents just aren't there.

Bugatti Chiron dashboard has no gear 'number' indicator. there is only 'PRNDS'. not number.

Here is how it should display.

I was playing around with the Titan a couple of weeks ago in hopes of having an 8 ton truck like I do in FH3, but the wheels in FM7 are disappointingly normal. I tried importing a tune as well to no avail.

This is not a bug, plenty of cars in Forza 7 are the same way.

However, it is a missing feature which Turn 10 could add in the future.

I didn't read every post even though it's very entertaining so I don't know if anyone has spotted this, but I was watching a replay after running the '70 Cougar Eliminator at the ring and the front turn signal lights illuminate when the brakes are applied. It was hilarious watching them flash on and off.
It must be tough getting every detail right when there is 700+vehicles in the game.

What a shameless lie. There are more “discrepancies“ than ever before. For example the active aero on the La Ferrari. It worked until they “have gone through every car“.
And they reworked the Sound ??? Why not the V12 ones ?
Oh dear.............
