Hi everyone,

This morning we launched the Forza Motorsport 6: Apex Premium Edition. After launch, we discovered an issue where players purchasing the Premium Edition bundle on the Windows Store were unable to access the content packs included in the Premium Edition. In addition, players who initially bought the Premium Edition and then purchased again via the Windows Store or in-game in Apex are being double-charged (For those players who are looking for a refund due to a double purchase, please contact Xbox Support). As a result, we have removed the Premium Edition from the Windows Store until we can resolve this issue via a content update for Apex.

Note that this issue does not affect players who purchase the Premium Edition via in-game in Forza Motorsport 6: Apex. This purchase path is working as expected.

We will have an update on this issue as soon as possible.

Still in the store, just bought it and it does not work. What am I supposed to do now? Should I buy it again in game and ask for a refund? Wait for an update? get a refund from store?

Just bought the Premium Edition (already had FM 6: Apex installed) from the Windows Store and DLC is not usable in game. Should I uninstall and reinstall or should should a wait for a patch to make the DLC playable.

anyone? can you please help us. At least tell us what we should do if we bought it from the store and it does not work.

I had Apex installed an bought the new content on the windows store.
The new events are showing but I cant play them because the game says I would have to buy it.
So I uninstalled the game and downloaded it again, and it still doesnt work...

We are working on a update that will address this issue. I don't have an ETA yet but I hope it will be this week. More information as soon as I have it.

Update Apex from the windows store, the DLC is working now if you bought it from the store.

As mentioned above, the latest update for Forza Motorsport 6: Apex has gone live. This update corrects the issue for players who purchased the Premium Edition via the Windows Store but were unable to access/play the content in game. Now, those players should be able to access all Premium Edition content. As always, thanks for your patience as we worked to isolate and correct this error.

I have been trying to purchase the Premium Bundle using PayPal from Thailand.
Initially the price for this was shown as $560, but the option to pay by PayPal was available.
This morning the price was corrected to $17, but the option to pay by PayPal removed.
I have spent many hours online with the microsoft store but in the end they could do nothing and referred me to you.

Can you please restore payment by PayPal on the Forza 6 Motorsports: Apex Premium Bundle?
Please?

This has been fixed. Thank you. Took the T-15 around the full ring in 9'05'' (bouncing off the armco). Top stuff.

ok i just bought the premium bundle of forza 6 apex through the game as it was not available through the Microsoft store and im unable to access the full game i cant buy cars or customize them is this the way the game is or am i just getting a bug because if this is the way it is thats really really disappointing
