Does the likes off dlc pre order cars and launch track pack count towards paid dlc for the rewards points managed to get some atill valid but points not been added yet

It can takes some days to appear.
I remember redeeming two DLC at the same day and the reward appearing in different weeks.

24 days later its still not updated with my 200 points can someone from turn 10 either loo into why its taken so long or get back to me and let me know if thers any issues with updating thanks
