Credits for Tunes

How is it I can receive credits for tunes (and paints) yet I see no option to charge... does the 'community' give me 1,000 cr when a gamer dls my tune, or... I don't get it. I don't drift... not even on accident. skills like gills, johnny. ask somebody.
