Are there terms and conditions anywhere, as to how winners are notified?

Usually there is a link to Terms but this time I didn't find one. I'll ask and post when I have it.

Forza Horizon 2 Presents Fast & Furious is the easiest 500 points to make. After that, a third of the points for FH2 and FM5 would put you into Tier 5. Forza Rewards points for FM6
With the Early Access launch of the game today, Forza Rewards has been updated to show the points requirements for FM6. There are a total of 3000 points available from FM6 activities you can add to your Rewards score to increase your Tier. See the website Rewards menu https://rewards.forzamotorsport.net or the Forza Hub app to track your score progress in FM6 and previous Forza titles. The current top tier is 9 with a maximum point total of 15,000. Here are the points and requirements for FM6.

• Badges: 350 points for unlocking 50 Badges
  
• Days Played: 500 points for 50 days played
  
• Gamerscore: 500 points for 1000 Gamerscore
  
• Paid DLC: 150 points for 5 purchases
  
• Showcases: 250 points for 30 Showcases completed
  
• Cars: 250 points for 50 cars owned
  
• Driver Level: 350 points for Driver Level 100
  
• Miles: 350 points for 2000 miles driven
  
• Passes: 50 points for 50 Perfect Passes
  
• Mods: 250 points for 50 unique Mods used

Points are proportional to progress toward the maximum goal:

Lol,funny post..They always are on as said every racing game ever on any platform.I resort to racing the lobby with ghost cars so theres no drilling each other...Not the best answer but better then getting ticked off every race.

Gift Car: Ford Fiesta ST with September VIP livery



This 2014 Ford Fiesta ST with custom livery from Turn 10 was sent to FM6 VIP players on September 28, 2015. To collect this gift go to your in-game Message Center, Gifts section, and press A to download the gift to your garage. The car comes stock in D class with no upgrades and you can upgrade it as with any other car. This car's Division is Hot Hatchbacks, making it eligible for Volume 1 of Stories of Motorsport.

This is a one-time gift. The custom livery is not native to the car so if you try to add a decal, paint the car, or load a design to it you will see a warning message about removing the livery. If you remove the livery it cannot be restored. If you Remove the car from your garage or lose it by resetting your gamesave then the car cannot be recovered, so think twice before acting.

October DLC Clue Thread

"Next week we’ll be bringing you our next car pack for Forza Motorsport 6. What will the cars be? You’ll have to stay tuned to find out. Or, better yet, why not kill some time with our upcoming DLC Clue Thread, which will kick off this Friday in the Forza Forums. Early afternoon I will post a set of clues about a handful of the cars in the October pack. This will be a slightly different spin on the clue thread than previously. Race For the Record Rivals

• Overview: Set your best time in the Race for the Record event in Community Monthly Rivals. VIP DLC is required. The top 12 leaderboard times from eligible countries on November 15 will win a trip to Los Angeles for a Final Round tournament. Eligible countries: U.S. (void in some states), Canada, U.K., Germany, France Australia. See official rules for full details.
