Support team,
I've same problema here.... my VIP doesn't working and the car package says that i already bought but in game I've to pay CR for them....
I bought the Ultimate version and any "plus content" of this version works for me.
And now? I sit and cry?

Got the cars, but still haven't seen the 1,500,000 credits I redeemed added to my account, and the message from the "Gifts" tab is gone.

I still haven't received my tier 2/3 rewards that i redeemed 2 days ago, nor do i have any reward points for horizon 2 (i'm on 360)

I have not received any of the money rewards I redeemed and still cannot download any cars. Cars say "Content is being installed" You can continue to play." Stuck at 0% for a couple of days.

hey i ordered the rewards on thursday and still haven't gotten them. I'm on xbox 360. i haven't gotten my their reward cars. and i also can't purchase VIP or bonus car packs

Hey guys,

I'm playing on 360 but I've completed the first 2 areas and I was sent to Sisteron for my next races but no events will show up. Now before you say "go to the hub", I've already been and it still doesn't show up with any races. I'm not sure what to do, can someone help?

Also me and my friend claimed 400,000cr rewards from here but we're not sure if it's being sent to an Xbox One our 360's?

Sorry to be just another person in this list.

But my VIP status is definitely not working, even though it is installed and I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I also think I am not receiving my gift credits.

My friends are FLYING by me in XP hahaha HELP!!
