Turn 10’s Partner team is focused on securing, managing and maintaining a third-party Partner portfolio that provides excitement, in-game content, marketing & promotional activation, co-branded experiences, and selected inbound license deals. Our thru-partner program delivers a promotional footprint that includes both social media as well as traditional co-marketing activities. We leverage our partners to support and drive the growing Forza franchise across geographies, audience types, and Forza products. Our partner types cover a wide range – including automobile manufacturers, automotive ecosystem partners, major entertainment brands, other gaming franchise & brands, and major consumer brands. We are looking for a passionate, collaborative experienced individual to help drive integration models by going beyond the obvious in opportunity explorations, creating and executing activations, while looking through value based lenses.
Responsibilities
This is a unique opportunity for an energized candidate to join our team, impact our business, and help support our growing footprint.
The Role will require managing all aspects of the partner life cycle, from ideation, market analysis, value determination, sourcing, structuring, executing, and post launch activations. This role will focus on building relationships with international media automotive and other consumer brands, creating scalable and repeatable programs to drive clear value.
The incumbent will interact with internal game production resources, global marketing and media teams, community teams, and the studio leadership. To support this, candidates should have communication and collaboration skills supporting these interactions.
You have knowledge of the needs for deal structuring, legal negotiations, identifying key attributes of business cases, and navigating through end-to-end formal processes and corporate requirements.
Your blend of skills and passion with a level of exposure to partner management or business development will help you succeed in this role: program management, business development, marketing, or other related disciplines.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in one of these supporting disciplines – partner management, business development, partner marketing or product evangelism
- Experience with licensed content
- Ability to collaborate in a matrixed environment with various teams to drive projects to conclusion
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passion and energy
- Experience presenting updates and projects to a variety of audiences at different levels and positions within a given organization
- Experience managing a variety of partners across different industries
- Experience contributing to the assessment of a portfolio of potential opportunities
- Experience working with/for global media and consumer brands preferred
- Ability to think strategically and analytically to identify potential value of partnerships
- Comfort framing opportunities, socializing the value internally, and helping influence a diverse set of stakeholders to agreement
- Exposure to business cases and legal agreements
- Ability to learn and synthesize data to support informed decision making
- Preference for candidates who can work internationally, whether in-person or by phone or email on programs. This will include being available at various hours to accommodate partners and considering cultural differences.
