With basically all Forza games, they get taken off from the Microsoft store/Xbox store 4 years after it gets released (including DLC for that game). Will it be the same for Forza Motorsport 7?

I wouldn't hold my breath to that. Horizon and Motorsport are totally different animals. Without a successor then what is the alternative to FM7? They are probably going to keep it up until FM8 get's released and wait a year after that.
