I was just thinking what does the weight of wheels and tires have to do with the cars weight. Yes they do add weight to the car but support it's weight. I mean do you adjust spring stiffness for the car as a whole or subtract for wheels and tires? I also thought about that commercial for suspension and how the wheels were off . The hubs were bolted to a rig to show suspension travel.

Real world, yes, you need to take unsprung mass (wheels, tires, brakes, etc.) into account when you're setting up a suspension system.

Forza, not so much. We're not even sure if Forza's physics engine differentiates between sprung and unsprung mass. Some argue it does, some argue it doesn't, and I haven't seen a convincing argument one way or the other. Just do whatever works best for you and don't worry too much about whether it's "correct" or not.
