Hello.

I have a problem. I want to download Car pack for Forza Motorsport 4 on my xbox 360 console. I found free Car pack, I press buy, but there is no button for install. What should I do?

Because the game is in EOL (end of life) state. Unless, you purchased these packs before the game become EOL, there is no way you to get this content now (even, if it was free). Some DLC codes would still work I assume (worked in 2017, when I bought the limited collectors edition), but not digital purchasing.

I have similar issue with the 1000 Clubs Challenges for Forza Horizon. Although it was free content, I'm not able to get it, since the game is EOL.
