Add rewards that we can claim for motorsport 4! Kinda tired of Horizon 2.

Rewards for FM4 existed for quite a while but got stopped; I had been getting them since FM4 released but haven't seen them for a few months - guess it's because Turn 10 is wanting everyone to move onto later versions; rewards are still available for FM5, FM6 and FM7

FM4 got axed from the Rewards program either when FM7 or FH4 came out (I can't remember exactly). Next one that will get removed is probably FM5 or FH2.
