Say what you wish; but the extreme effort - crass commercialism or not - shows that Turn 10 / MSStudios have created a very expandable game. They have pursued for whatever reason the path through LEGO Land.
I am 70, I enjoy living the dream of driving a lot of cars I either owned or wished I owned and enjoy. I had started a little late with Forza 6 - it was okay; I gave it another shot with Forza 7 and I was hooked. I then discovered the Horizon series and went back to the store and bought everything still available for Horizon, Horizon 2, and 3. Then came H4 and it blew me away!
Seeing this game progress through virtual reality into virtual fantasy is a good move overall.

The critics of this update are many. And that is good. There are many parts of H4 I do not play. I do not like challenges that require DRIFTING because I don't like it at all. But I would not stop purchasing or complain about it because there are many more features that I do play.

1. If yoiu want only your choices, buiild your own game.
2. The audience is comprised of many types of game players. I live near Orlando, FL say what you want but a hell of a lot of adults go down I4 to LEGOLAND with and without kids.
3. Not everyone is my age; nor is everyone yours. This fits the rating "for EVERYONE" if ever any game has.
4. With the Ultimate version it was included in the future updates
5. After the initial startup of the update, you do not ever need to go back to 'the valley'
6. It is colorful; and it is also fun and relaxing to just play - use what used to be called "IMAGINEERING"
7. If you want only competitive sports. then stay on FORZA 7 - ALL Horizon games are FANTASY !!
8. If you just want to have some casual gameplay fun, play through LEGO valley.

...and I do think that Barbie with a lollipop purple machine gun in Fortnite or any other FANATASY SHOOTER WOULD BE GREAT!!

Ok, I was worried when it was announced. It's pretty fun BUT besides the Lego cars themselves, why are the other cars in the expansion just plain normal cars that were already in the game? Seems like they dropped the ball there. And one song over and over.... im gunna lose my mind lol hope they realize that the cars that were already in the game is not an acceptable DLC "car pack" for an expansion. I know they probably couldn't do 10 lego cars, but put a few cars we don't already have....

does the expansion have an Online Adventure Mode or is it the same like in Treasure Island?

No Online Adventure, like on Misfortune Island.

I think nobody here can answer that question. I hope for another DLC, as Horizon 5 is at least two years away and there is no new Forza title this year. Otherwise the game would be dead in a few months. Hopefully a bigger, realistic DLC with a new fresh map and at least ten new cars.

So After Completing All The Normal Races, PR Stunts, The Story and Collecting The Three Cars Including The Barn Find,(but didn't completed 100% but maybe around 80 % out of it...)i've made this for just explain my opinions into this game, So First of all, The Map is well made, not a lot of trees(in plus of being well placed), a beach, race track and the Jurassic Graveyard that is quite like the Outback in a smaller version i guess.

The AI in races :
In the first race that i tried to do with the Apollo IE, i've seen that the cars went incredibly fast to the point of being almost uncatchable(in my racing skill and since i was in the Pro Difficulty).
I hope that behaviour can get fixed since i was forced to set it up to New Driver difficulty so i can complete at ease.

The Brick Challenges(focused on Discovery and Collectible) :
I can say that addition extends A Lot the lifetime of this expansion, that i consider Really good for the thing so that we cannot finish too soonly like it was on the first expansion.

The Lego Cars Performance :
Lego Senna : An Awesomely Great Variant
Lego F50 Competizione : Quite Good Variant(could be good to have the addition to have a lego piggie on the roof as it was on the trailer.(because why not.))
Lego Mini Cooper : Nicely done

The fact that a huge part of the consumers feel alienated from the product ? A consumer can demand communication between him and the producer. The silence from their site is at least a disrespectful behavior to their paying customers

Yes you made up a nice fictional story. I don't expect a reply at all. The game will die, and they will remember the mistake that they once made. They will try to bring out Forza 5, and people will be afraid to buy it.

I just found it in Brickchester; there should be a small house just on the outside of the roundabout with a sign above it saying "City Pizza" and it's next to that.

I don't know, it feels like new map with redundant Lego stuff. Still good Horizon gameplay but something doesn't fit there.

There is the problem. They will not remember the mistake. HW and lego open the floodgates for things like this in future games. And where did I make up a fictional story ?

LOL, looks like good reading now :D I liked HW but never played it too much, it's all about completely new map for me and that was good. Lego is a different story.

If you are basing that statement on this thread I have some news for you. The entire userbase of this forum is like .001% of the Horizon playerbase. And I imagine that this expansion will be just as successful as Hotwheels was for Horizon 3. The actual sales figures speak to it's success.

And just so you know, the developers have never been much for commenting on anything since Che left. And that was somewhere around Forza 3 or 4
