I finished the season racing, but I can not get the car. I check my cars. It didn't show up in there. Please help me! I love the X class, but I can not drive now!

You just need to complete the relevant seasonal championship at expert level.

Make sure you are looking under Mercedes-Benz and not Mercedes-AMG.
Rules of troubleshooting:
1) Have you tried turning it off and on again?
2) Is your Internet working?
3) https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status < Check here for service issues.
4) If all else fails open a service ticket and/or forum post.

Yes, I am sure looking under Mercedes-Benz and try to find it many times. But it did not work.

Submit a support ticket. That is all you can do at this point.
