Will not resume game after sleep or opening another app

Ever since release Forza 6 has not been able to resume. If I pause or leave the game at the main menu or whatever (location of game doesn’t matter) and I go do something else (either put the xbox to sleep or launch an App such as Plex or whatever) if I try to go back to Forza 6 it is always frozen. It will pull the game back up like it is going to work but will not accept any input. My only option is to menu click and quit the game and relaunch it.

I have tried reinstalling the game, no luck.

Anyone else have this problem? Any thoughts?

Am I really the only one having this problem? it is quite annoying.

I have the same issue, I typically quit the game and relaunch it when I turn on the console. I’ve just made a point to not stop playing midrace to mitigate the issue.

Better to just properly quit your game, keep console on Energy Saving and perform a full shutdown/fresh boot between sessions.

Trust me.
