The performance index is how you rate and grade the “power” a car has… where’s the confusion? Saying restricted to 700 is limiting you to no more than a class A, 700 rating…

Not true - you can have as much power as you can get in your chosen car as long as its PI is under 700, for some cars that may be 400HP while others it may be 700HP. At the end of the day this one requires you to decide how much HP you want and what you are sacrificing to have it. Don’t confuse PI with Power - while PI is affected by HP this event will let you use as much HP as you like as long as you can get the car within the PI limit.
