I just heard about Turn10 giving VIP members 4 Forza Edition cars & 1 million game credits. I got on and had the notifications for the cars and money. I downloaded all the cars and the money but I’m missing the Camaro, F type, and the Gran Turismo S. I check my garage and the 3 missing cars aren’t there and I reset my console/unplugging it and trying again and the missing cars still haven’t showed up. Is anyone else having this issue?
Yes, I am having the same issue. I even started a seperate thread yesterday. Did you receive the Acura NSX FE afterwards? That is still in my garage. Other cars and Cr disappeared when I restarted my Xbox. There was no error with my cloud save. I did the same thing you did afterwards, hard reset my console. Didn’t work. Deleted my local save and sync to the cloud. I received an error at 99%, gave me an option to try again or play offline. Sync again, no issue, but missing items are still not present. Hope we get some help.
Yeah I got the NSX successfully but the other 3 are MIA and the credits were added.
Everything worked for me, even restarted game. I however did not get the Acura NSX at all.
Same issue here… I got the message saying that I was being gifted 5 Forza Edition cars for being a VIP member. I got the Camaro ZL1, the Jaguar F Type, and the Maserati Gran Turismo, but those were the only 3. I restarted my XB1, and when I opened FM7 again, had a new download waiting for the Acura NSX. So, there should still be one more. Maybe it’s just taking a while to push them all out?
FYI - I also received the credits.
Same thing happened to me, but on PC. First launch → 3 cars (2016 Jaguar F-TYPE Project 7 Forza Edition, 2017 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 Forza Edition, 2010 Maserati Gran Turismo S Forza Edition) + 1M CR. Second launch → some kind of problem with servers, feature disabled, but after ~2 minutes I got a new message with 2017 Acura NSX Forza Edition.
Anyway, I highly doubt there will be another gift car. In the official letter there’s no mention about it. I guess it was a mistake and the “missing car” from the in-game message was actually the 1M CR bonus.

That VIP message is for the first set of FM cars, which came in the VIP crates.

From my understanding, the first 3 FM Edition cars where gifted with the 1M Cr, and the Acura NSX came in another message in a different instance of the game. That is gifted at a later time in the day.
Some of us received the Chevy, Jaguar and Maserati FM Edition cars and 1M credits, exited the game, started the game, then gifts are gone. Then gifted the NSX, exited the game, NSX DID not disappear. No save action such as buying a car, etc occurred in either situation. The error lies in why some gifts disappeared while others have not.
And as an update I am in my msg center and I no longer have the T10 message with the new cars and credits in the News section…
I have deleted my local save hoping my save with the gifted extras to be in the cloud. Doesn’t work. I deleted my LOCAL save (not save on the cloud, I don’t recommend) again AFTER acquiring the NSX, and it hasn’t disappeared. It defeats the argument made elsewhere in the forum that deleting your LOCAL save deletes your gifts. I understand and know deleting your save from ALL places online does. Syncing my cloud save gives this error:

I try again and it loads, but still missing cars and Cr. Acura NSX is still in garage. I don’t understand how other cars and Cr became lost. Hope T10 understands this is an error in the game not the us deleting our saves completely and asking for our content back. It’s an issue in where we download gifts and it creates a save instance that should update our save but it doesn’t. So we exit the game and content is deleted/gone.
Sorry for the long response but I wanted to give as much detail of how this error occurred to me and hopefully others can add input if they where in same situation that caused their gifted VIP content that was recently released to disappear.

P.S. please fix my E3 Driver Gear not appearing. I have the content install, it is not game-shared.
I got the 3 cars and the credits and 5 minutes after I had the game on I got the NSX. Hold tight I think you’ll get them!
Got the 1 message for each car and one for the credit. Got the credit but cannot download the cars from the message. Tried restarting, shut down and everything. Any ideas?

I received the 1 million cr and 3 of the fe cars except for the Acura NSX.
I also only received the 3 cars plus 1mil credits. Did not receive an NSX Forza Edition in my inbox. Restarting hasn’t made it appear at all.
