[VICL] Victory Lane club now open to everyone

I have been playing the Forza franchise for a very long time. I have never once created my own club for any of them. With the release of Horizon 4 I decided why not. Victory Lane is now accepting any and all members, casual racers, drifters, serious team adventurers, literally anyone. Lets create a friendly community!
