Very Lag With this PC Spec!

Hi I have a big problem with my games so my spec is
I5-4590 + GTX 770 + 16 GB of ram + 365.10 Driver version
So when i logged into game it has message that says about my computer spec is lower than minimum requirement and is start to lag as hell when the graphic setting is low in 1920*1080 resolution.
and my gpu load is around 98-100% all the time.
please help I don’t know how to fix this for real.

Are you sure you don’t have the HD4600 enabled in BIOS?

Yeah for sure, I chose primary graphic to pci-e and disable iGPU now so that don’t fix this problem.
